Clean room, lovely pool area, well maintained gardens. Bathroom had plumbing issues, and after 3 requests, it was finally resolved but left a horrible smell. Breakfast was ok, can get very hot near tables closest to buffet.

I had an amazing stay at Prama! The entire staff made me feel welcome with their friendliness and attentive service from the moment I arrived. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and I loved spending my evenings at the beach bar listening to the live bands playing on the beach. The location right on the beach was perfect for morning walks or runs on the beach path, or to shop local vendors on the path or main streets near the hotel. It was also conveniently close to local warungs and just a short walk to my fishing charter. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Prama to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely staff. Good food and drinks from the beach bar. Comfortable bed. The room was not very well lit- there is no light on the roof over the bedroom. Juice at breakfast was very artificial. Some amenities feel old and run-down. Staff were not very responsive when I was trying to message and call via WhatsApp in an emergency, but did help me with my issue once I did manage to make contact. The hotel is near the end of the Sanur strip- I would have preferred to stay further up

I had an amazing stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali! The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and always provided attentive service. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and I loved spending my evenings listening to the live bands playing on the beach. The location couldn't have been better for me—right on the beach, which made it perfect for morning walks or runs on the beach path, or just sitting in the shaded beach chairs. It was also conveniently close to local warungs and just a short walk to my fishing charter. And if you are looking to enjoy an evening out, it is also close to several local bars, but the hotel itself was nice and quiet. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Prama to anyone visiting the area!

Clean but dated room. Towels varied from white to dirty looking grey. Aircon was good. Pool areas are nice. Cocktails were barely alcoholic, even when full priced. Lovely maintained gardens. Menu was typical of a hotel this size. Staff very friendly.

Great location, wonderful staff, the property is a little old but represents amazing value, breakfast is a little bland, could be a little more western choices and introduction of expresso coffee as part of the offer would be an improvement, even a self serve machine e.g 7/11 style would keep costs down,

The location is fantastic, and the swimming pools, and buffet breakfast were great. Sadly the hotel is looking a little shabby with mould in the bathrooms, saggy beds, wobbly and damaged furniture, and aircon that was functioning sub par. The room cleaning was very hit and miss, but by far the worst thing was the overpowering fake jasmine smell in the hallways - it made me cough and feel nauseated. The staff are friendly and helpful, though it does take a while to get things done. From talking to the other guests, it sounds like the hotel has been fading over the years, but it still represents great value for money.

The hotel is large but very well set out, you definitely don’t feel crowded. A seperate children’s pool area is great. Bikes to use which include baby/toddler seats. Great bike/walking path winds along the beach, The beach is very clean and you can enjoy a swim. There are lounges underneath the beautiful trees, a perfect way to relax. No Spa on site but can highly recommend The Nest - a relaxing 10 minute walk along the beach path. Definitely need to book a couple of days in advance as very busy, The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and had high quality linen/towels, daily fresh bottled water. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a great variety of options. Excellent pancakes and omelettes made to order. Food was always fresh and great quality. We had requested adjoining rooms as I was travelling with a friend who used a wheelchair and did require some assistance. I had requested this at time of booking and with follow up requests. Unfortunately we did not receive adjoining rooms. Even having rooms next to each other still made it quite difficult. We made it work but it did add some extra stresses to our holiday. A note for anyone using a wheelchair in Bali - always gone down backwards as there ramps are definitely not well designed. Overall I would definitely recommend the Prama - lovely staff, great location, super comfy beds, excellent breakfast Definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Staff were incredible! Helpful, friendly, welcoming, just amazing staff overall! Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The pools were beautiful. Only negative is this area of the ocean has a lot of seaweed and when the tide is out that’s all you have as it’s quite shallow there. The rooms are gorgeous but could be updated and maybe heated towel racks installed to help dry towels and swimsuits. Our towels never dried from one day to the next due to the humidity. Otherwise absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great shopping/eating area

Petit déjeuner varié, chambres propres et agréables avec un balcon. Idéal avec enfants car plusieurs piscines. La grande piscine est super pour nager. Et on est sur la plage, avec plein de warungs ou autres restaurants et cafés autour. Et le personnel est très professionnel et agréable.

Clean room, lovely pool area, well maintained gardens. Bathroom had plumbing issues, and after 3 requests, it was finally resolved but left a horrible smell. Breakfast was ok, can get very hot near tables closest to buffet.

The Prama is an older hotel but it is in a good location on the beach and has a decent breakfast buffet and a few restaurant options. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. A solid place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Prama! The entire staff made me feel welcome with their friendliness and attentive service from the moment I arrived. The food at the on-site restaurants was delicious, and I loved spending my evenings at the beach bar listening to the live bands playing on the beach. The location right on the beach was perfect for morning walks or runs on the beach path, or to shop local vendors on the path or main streets near the hotel. It was also conveniently close to local warungs and just a short walk to my fishing charter. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Prama to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely staff. Good food and drinks from the beach bar. Comfortable bed. The room was not very well lit- there is no light on the roof over the bedroom. Juice at breakfast was very artificial. Some amenities feel old and run-down. Staff were not very responsive when I was trying to message and call via WhatsApp in an emergency, but did help me with my issue once I did manage to make contact. The hotel is near the end of the Sanur strip- I would have preferred to stay further up
