The warmest service, nice and clean. Overall condition is bit old though. Perfect place having family rest with affordable cost.

It was very peaceful place

Nice and cozy for family.

Staff were very friendly and the pool was a real hit with our daughter, she played solid for the whole holiday and made friends everyday. The hotel itself is a little tired and whilst the staff and very friendly and helpful at busy times around the pool you felt they were understaffed. Good value for the price.

Had a great stay, especially with the free upgraded rooms which was a lovely bonus. Pools were excellent and able to get a lounge chair ok. It was hard at times to get service around the pool, but the food was great. Good restaurants outside of the resort along the beach. Cheaper bike hire along the beach too compared to the resort.

We always stay at the Prama. It’s great for kids, central with plenty to do. You can hire bikes and ride up and down the esplanade.

Staff r so helpful and nothing is to much trouble- beer is not cold enough but a great value for money hotel

Booked Prama Sanur since I was meeting friends who had also made reservations here. All of the staff were welcoming and always greeted us throughout the property. I was upgraded upon arrival to a club suite facing the garden. Beautiful room and amenities. The hotel’s beach area was nice and had plenty of places to lounge, and it was easy to walk along the beach path to explore shops. My only disappointments were the nachos at the beach bar, and a massage session where my friend and I shared a space and my therapist was fabulous but hers was coughing and had to leave a few times to use the toilet and/or blow her nose. It was distracting and unhygienic. Otherwise the overall stay was pleasant and I would recommend this property for families, and Sanur in general, to those who want a more laid back area. The hotel was a convenient location to the strip of town with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect location and hotel.

Room Service was spot on. Our room was always cleaned during breakfast and a pleasure to return to. Staff were friendly however there were some language difficulties, not understanding English. Very family friendly, having a pool for the kids is great, just not enough sun beds on some occasions! Breakfast average, not a lot of choice but tasty. Staff always attentive. Lots of places to eat along the beach and outside the hotel on main road.

Sehr nettes und schönes Personal. Alles war super, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen.

I would recommend this resort to anyone, the room that I had was not a good as I expected, but never the less it was comfortable and clean. The rest of the resort was outstanding from the location, the lobby and staff and the outside entertainment was amazing. There were 2 pools that were very large and plenty of areas to sit. There was a fantastic bar, and along the foreshore there were plenty of indepenent small shops and facilities to choose from.

Stayed at the prama recently . 4th time over the years . Love the location ,staff , amenities . Starting to look a bit tired now but I still enjoy my time there . The only gripe I have with this visit is the sun beds around the pool area . First day I just thought it was because it was super busy and then I found out that the hotel were selling days beds to day trippers . Great for the day trippers but because they are only paying a small fee people were just dropping towels first thing on the morning and then going about their business . We were there for 5 days and I reckon half the beds were unattended with towels on so the people that had payed to stay at the hotel couldn't enjoy the pool and even down at the beach area until late afternoon . Prama you need to sort this out as people staying at the hotel should get first refusal . Also cut out leaving towels on the beds all day . If they are unattended take the towels away and let other people use the beds . As I say we have been 4 times now and this will probably be the last as it wasn't a great experience as all we wanted to do was lounge around and relax and I won't get involved in sunbed wars with other people .

Absolutely love this resort, location, facilities, night entertainment. The gym needs updating, need more dumbbells and fix broken machines. Can’t even read how much the weights weigh.

Very busy hotel too may people. Couldn’t get a sunbed by the pool as rude people putting towels on beds early in the morning and leaving them there all day … thought I was back in Majorca in the 80’s with ze Germans ! Staff lovely and good for families

Property is big, buffet breakfast is crowded, small selection and feels like a battle just to get some food. No order with people pushing in. Pool is nice, problem is no shade while in the water and people leaving towels on loungers for hours while they are not even around, needs to be policed to give people access. Plenty of lounges by the beach though. Rooms and linen outdated, linen definitely due for replacement. Grounds are very well kept. In a great spot but unlikely to stay there again.
