The hotel staff is very friendly, if you ask for salt for ORS you can go straight to the kitchen, you can get it yourself, the suitcase type room is really the best for that price, the bathroom has hot and cold water, everything is normal, so don't be confused if you want to bathe your little one, the bonus is that it has a beautiful view on the 3rd floor.

Upon arrival at Batu, we went to the reception at the Sultan Agung office. Check-in was quick and easy. We were immediately given the villa key and map coordinates. The villa was only about 5 minutes away. The residential area, with its shady pine hills as a backdrop, was a sight to behold. Upon arrival, the villa had been mopped, but the moldy cupboards hadn't been cleaned. The tables were dusty. Cooking utensils, a rice cooker, a refrigerator, and a water dispenser were provided, along with drinking water. There are two spacious bedrooms with two additional beds, so it can accommodate a large family. Six towels are provided. The air is cool and refreshing, eliminating the need for air conditioning or a fan. In front of the villa, from morning, there are many food vendors selling fried Malang fritters, rabbit and chicken satay, ronde, soto (a type of soto), fresh milk, and more. The owner is friendly. I will return here on my next trip to Batu. I hope this information will serve as input for improving cleanliness. Thank you.

The room size is spacious and the sheets are clean and the room smells good, but the window frame is damaged so it is difficult to open and close and needs to be replaced, as well as the door handle that needs repair, the floor and ceramic walls of the toilet are clean and odorless, but the sink and mirror in the toilet need more attention because the sink is a bit dirty and the toilet mirror is less functional as if it has not been cleaned for a long time, in the room there is a TV whose network and connection are sometimes not smooth and intermittent, and the water installation that always turns off every 6 am cannot be turned on until you have to take a shower to the nearest prayer room and the water heater at night makes a loud noise for a long time and is a bit disturbing to comfort...

Okay, recommendation for a holiday to Batu Malang, the accommodation is close to the place, okay, the only downside yesterday was that when I got there the receptionist went to the villa so it was quite a long wait, but other than that, it's safe, next time I go to Batu I will definitely stay here again🙆🏻‍♀️

Friendly, clean, nice too, there is Wi-Fi, it is relatively cheap but the facilities are like a hotel, hot water is always on, no regrets choosing here, close to tourist destinations, if I go to Malang Batu, I will stay here again, only there is no elevator, so I have to go up the stairs to the room, because it is on the 2nd floor, bring a large suitcase more carefully when going through the stairs. I forgot to take a photo, but it is in accordance with the real thing in the application

There is no fan provided. I got a room in the corner that didn't get any wind at all, so the room was stuffy and hot, I ended up buying a fan at an electronics store huhu (because I wanted to upgrade it too) tomorrow please provide one, use it or not is the customer's right but it must still be provided, especially for rooms that don't have windows that directly face the front, thank you

The wifi is smooth, there is a TV, washing machine, refrigerator, magic com, hot water. The only downside is that the floor was not very clean when we arrived, the kitchen was a bit dirty too, and the room itself is already nice, the aesthetics are just lacking the flower picture in the front room, making it less luxurious. It would be better to have plain wallpaper, or a painting, or if you want wallpaper, it would be better to just use abstract wallpaper.
