This is my favourite hotel in Luwuk - and I’ve stayed at 3 of the main tourist hotels to truly compare. The staff treat me like a family member here and always make sure everything for my stay is as perfect as possible. They communicate everything to me clearly and help make the best out of every situation that arises, as they do. Their management team makes an effort to talk to me directly to see how everything is. Always making me feel spoiled. I stay here every time I travel through Luwuk.

That's the garden view from the room. The room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony, and a very beautiful atmosphere. The AC made a noise, it seems old, and the shower was low. The staff was friendly and overall it was okay. A suggestion would be to increase the variety of breakfast items and always refill the food when it's almost finished. I once wanted to eat but found a lot of food empty even though it was still mealtime.

The service and facilities were great, with friendly staff, a comfortable, clean room, and a garden view with a balcony. The water was also strong, though I think it depends on the room's location, as I've had rooms with low water. Overall, it was okay, with the downside being the slow Wi-Fi, poor soundproofing due to the kids running around and noise from upstairs even though it was bedtime. And yesterday, we had to wait a while for check-in.

Swiss Belin Luwuk's service was really disappointing, the elevator wasn't working, and the hot water wasn't working either, it really disappointed us.
