Easy check in process. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast menu are mostly locals & Indonesian which is nice. Located in a decent neighborhood; many restaurants, cafes, & convenient stores nearby. We had a really pleasant stay.

We had so much fun and leisure during our stay at this hotel. The services were superb from the welcome receptionist until the kindest cleaning service. I think this is the best hotel in Palembang based on my experienced. The breakfast was so tasty and of many variations. You could have a relaxing swimming pool and the room is just perfect for the size and also very clean too. We will come back for sure; keep up the good work, 101 Palembang.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast had a lot of variety, but it's a shame, this is the city of pempek, but when I tried the fried pempek for breakfast, it was too mushy and tasted like ordinary pempek that doesn't use fish, but the other dishes were all delicious.
