The check-in was smooth and I was given an upgrade to a suite which was huge and provided spaces I didn't necessarily need but wouldn't refuse to have. It was quite a big hotel and taking about 5 minutes walk to my room. The beach was within walking distance and conveniently surrounded with many options of stores. I planned to stay for one night, but since it was so enjoyable, I decided to stay one more night which was a no-brainer decision to make.

The bathroom was a bit lacking in cleanliness. There was an unpleasant odor upon entering, and we had to ask for air freshener. The room was probably due for a renovation, as it was quite old, but the service was prompt when we complained.

There are plenty of pools, but you have to go all the way to the back, which is quite a walk. Turns out the hotel is all the way to the back. There are villas too… Take the shuttle if you want to go to Double Six Beach

The suite room is located very far from the entrance because it is in a different building, when I arrived at night the atmosphere was a bit scary, there were pools on both sides of the road, I didn't want to stay there when I saw the location of the room and the room, when I arrived the room was hot.

24-hour restaurant very helpful. Also just wanted to rest and was peaceful and view of the rooftops was nice. Missed getting into the pool but was only 10 m walk to the beach. A lot of shops around also would have been nice to know they had a back exit rather than walking on the road. 9/10 and yes would go back there again. :)

My first time staying at this hotel, I wasn't expecting much because the front of the hotel looked small. But once I entered, wow, it really is a resort. It's spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk staff was also very friendly. Even though it was very late at night, they still patiently and thoroughly explained everything I had to ask. I got a free room upgrade.
