The check-in was smooth and I was given an upgrade to a suite which was huge and provided spaces I didn't necessarily need but wouldn't refuse to have. It was quite a big hotel and taking about 5 minutes walk to my room. The beach was within walking distance and conveniently surrounded with many options of stores. I planned to stay for one night, but since it was so enjoyable, I decided to stay one more night which was a no-brainer decision to make.

The hotel location is very strategic, near a lot of cafes, convenience stores, and pharmacies. The ambiance is also very Bali, which I love. The room is comfy, though I would say it is not in pristine condition. The breakfast buffet options need a lot of work. I went to both western and Balinese buffets, and I was not impressed. I thought the flavor in the Balinese buffet would be better, but I was wrong. The restaurant staff look very out of place; they look lost whenever we ask for simple things (such as what do they recommend, can I ask for more ice cubes, etc.). There is only one staff in the Limoncello restaurant; I forgot his name, but he was the only one who was helpful and quick on his feet.

The bathroom was a bit lacking in cleanliness. There was an unpleasant odor upon entering, and we had to ask for air freshener. The room was probably due for a renovation, as it was quite old, but the service was prompt when we complained.

The suite room is located very far from the entrance because it is in a different building, when I arrived at night the atmosphere was a bit scary, there were pools on both sides of the road, I didn't want to stay there when I saw the location of the room and the room, when I arrived the room was hot.

24-hour restaurant very helpful. Also just wanted to rest and was peaceful and view of the rooftops was nice. Missed getting into the pool but was only 10 m walk to the beach. A lot of shops around also would have been nice to know they had a back exit rather than walking on the road. 9/10 and yes would go back there again. :)

We’ve been here more than 3 times already. This was our 4th time, and we’ve been upgraded the room, to 2020 (room number). It was big, and two of our children loved it so much!
