the hotel was nice but they should teach the security how behave with customers, the room and the bathroom was not clean
beside the hotel there is kmart ,more scam people sitting on there and they pretend they came from Malaysia and another place and they don't know much about makassar, they offer you to go together be carefully don't go with them

A pleasant experience with a reservation at this hotel. The room provided is good and comfortable even though I didn't stay because I had to go back to the hospital to take care of the family who was checking up. What needs to be repaired is the cleaning part of the trolley, the wheel is no longer functioning and when pushed it makes a very noisy noise. The stairs also have no lighting, there is no alternative way when the elevator is full operating. But overall, Whiz Prime Hasanuddin is very satisfying.
