The reception somehow unfriendly and talk manadonese when not all people who were come are locals. There is a time where my mom’s rooms have card access problem and she was reporting to the front office. The lady who stand by there just being unfriendly and said she should comeback to her room and push some button on her designated floor. Like, seriously, how could you ask the guest to comeback to their room, when they just reported the problem they had, of course in unfriendly gesture and with manadonese language. But the overall experience was great. Easy access to everywhere and lots of food franchise nearby. Room not so spacious but think it’s worth with the price.

The duvet cover wasn't replaced, and the previous guest's had food stains and an odor.
Even if the guest is only staying one night, they must be replaced with clean linens, pillowcases, and duvet covers/bedcovers. They could spread disease.

Check-in took a long time, and the room was supposed to be ready at 2 pm, but it was booked long ago, with the hope of getting some rest after the long journey. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, the AC wasn't cold, and the room wasn't soundproof.
