Great place to stay, especially if you’ll go to opera it’s virtually 10 minutes from Arena and from historic center Also close to rail road station grate for day trips to surrounding cities, which are not touristy but real gems
Staff is fantastic. You have a feeling like this family run hotel starting with housekeeping through front desk and people in the breakfast area
highly recommended place have stayed there before and the level up of service remains unbelievably good.

Great area to walk to Verona city center . Staff was great at check in .. it’s a large chain hotel so the vibe is not like a small boutique hotel but location is great

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The location is perfect and about 10 minutes by taxi from the train station. The hotel is located in the historic part of the city, about 10 minutes by foot from the main piazza. There are several small places nearby to eat sandwiches or get gelato, although there aren’t many restaurants.

Excellently located hotel, well appointed and maintained. Staff courteous and very friendly. Our only slight criticism is that they appeared somewhat understaffed, so our room was not made up until late afternoon, and the bar was unattended for long periods. Breakfast was of a high standard

The location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk to the Arena of Verona and the main square surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, Juliet's balcony, and other historic sites. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable with an excellent breakfast in the morning.

An excellent stay in Verona. The hotel was so comfortable, absolutely spotless, very well located and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was also fantastic and the breakfast staff were so friendly and kind. Really glad we chose this hotel for our stay.

This hotel is located in a strategic place in Verona. Breakfast was also very good, however the size of the rooms, furniture in poor conditions and bad smell from bathroom was unacceptable!
The worse problem was the fidelity program from hotels.com who changed their rules and did not accept by points to pay this reservation. OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HOTELS.COM HAS BEEN TERMINATED!

Within easy reach of railway station and all Veronas attractions, this hotel was perfectly positioned for our stay. On arrival we found the reception staff very warm, professional, helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and nicely set out and the bed so comfortable we had three great nights sleep. Breakfast was included in our stay and we absolutely loved it. The wonderful staff brought us fresh orange juice and cappuccinos on arrival and the buffet choices were perfect. Definitely recommend.

The rooms at the front with a terrace are compact ! The shower is very small and anyone more than size 14 or 44 inch chest would struggle to get into the cubicle.

Stayed in this hotel for a single night as part of a tourist trip around Verona and lake Garda. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff were super friendly and polite. They helped us book a restaurant in town for dinner. Breakfast was also excellent. Hotel was clean and modern inside. Highly recommend staying here.
