We like our stay at Brenza Hotel. The road work around the hotel makes it harder to get
to the different trains. They closed the nearest crosswalk to the train station. Every
else is great. Lawsons is just 1 minute away .JR station is 10 to 15 mins. Hanshin rail is the hardest to get to. I would stay there next time in Kobe.

The staff were very friendly. Even with limited English, they tried the best in helping. I had an issue with another upcoming accommodation, the receptionist helped me call to secure my reservation. The location was perfect. Close to the station, shopping and eatery.

Amazing comfortable stay. The room size was decent, and amenities (comb, drip coffee, yukata and room slippers) were provided. There was body soap, shampoo and conditioner too.
Very children friendly with kids toothbrush, room slippers and kids plates and utensils provided.
Good breakfast.
