Overall the experience staying here is awesome apart of the breakfast I guess. Staffs are very nice and polite. Rooms are okay for the price they charge. Location extremely strategic.

second time went to this hotel and stay for 2 nights. it's a nice place. comfy. close to all the transports. especially KL SENTRAL station. 10 minutes walking distance. rooms are nice. clean. spacious. and great staffs.

Very strategic place for stay,,
But i don't know why front desk service getting
Down n not fast anymore,,
The point is why guests should be wait till 3 pm for starting chek in then long line queue,,
Why not let the guest chek in from 2pm like other hotel,, some hotel in KL they just let them go in if the room was ready,,

Check-in time had to wait a long time, the hotel floor, refrigerator, TV, mattress were time to be replaced because of long use.

At first I was happy because the location was suitable, but there was no welcome drink provided, soap and shampoo had to be asked several times before they were delivered. All these facilities should have been in the room.
