I stayed here for one night as I was transiting through Kota Kinabalu. The hotel kindly offer a free airport pick-up. Lovely staff, clean room, and good quality gym and pool facilities. The breakfast was pleasant.

We only stayed briefly between connecting flights and booked into two rooms. The staff at reception were absolutely first rate making us very welcome and the rooms were both spotless. We didn’t eat due to our brief staff so cannot comment on the food at the restaurant. The hotel is the perfect choice for quick access to the airport at Koh a Kinabalu which is a cheap taxi ride away.

I ordered a king room but when I arrived at the location, the king beds were sold out, the receptionist replaced it with a twin bed.. but the price remained the same, while in the app it was clear that twin beds were cheaper but the receptionist still gave the same price. If there was a compromise, I could cancel the king room and then take a twin bed.. but xpala at night when I checked in, my child was sleepy, sorry for the bad review

I requested a dry towel, but none were given. The towel was wet because I had to use my own towel to bathe in the pool, and no towels were given until I checked out.
