It was amazing. The food was great, staff were helpful and attractive, check-in was quick, lobby area was super clean, location was great (plus, bus to airport parked/waited for passengers in front of the hotel), room was spotless and comfy. Also special mention, this hotel seems to have good diversity and inclusive in its work environment, not sure if it is a Nordic thing, but very refreshing, considering I'm from Asia. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bergen!

Great location to the city center. Breakfast is comprehensive! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bus to the airport picks up and drops off at the hotel. We had a great stay.

Being located at the end of Bryggen meant it was very handy for looking round the city, but just away from the main hub-bub. Room was fine and breakfast excellent. The bath shower screen was a bit low, so not ideal for tall people.

The property and rooms are “ok”. The place needs a facelift. The worst part was the last night of our stay, the noise from young people screaming and yelling outside our 2nd floor window was unbearable. Did not sleep at all.

I like the location. Check in was a nightmare. They gave us a card to get into our room. It did not work. We went back to tell them and gave us a second card. It did not work. There was no apologies. Ignored us both times. My husband got annoyed and insited to give us a new room. Thexrest of staff were goid. Just those 2 at the check in need re training.

Great hotel. Big property and the room was spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was great--right at the end of the main shopping and dining area, so kind of a quieter street but still immediately accessible to everything right around the corner. Very happy we decided to stay here.

Rooms were nice and clean with nice breakfast. Most significantly though this hotel had a great location right in the center of town with an easy walk to the area’s highlights. The attached parking is convenient - though there is no elevator from parking to the lobby. And if you aren’t renting a car the airport bus - flybussen, stops right by hotel.

We had to wait to be checked in. Only 1 person was at the desk and there was a line up. Only one elevator was working . The other 2 were out of service. The fridge in our room did not work. Not a good stay at all. Lucky we only stayed 1 night as originally we were going to stay more.

Not an ideal room for summer. Air conditioning is centrally controlled and the only thing you can do in the room is adjust the ventilation. We had it on and the room we were sweating. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly but the room was not well cleaned. I would only come back in cooler weather.
