Hotel staff is friendly, room is minimalist but the amenities are fully provided, and they have bidet, the view from room is great. The staff are friendly especially Yi Ren who helped us during our check in. He is really helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for those who loved to use public transport, the bus stop is literally in front of the hotel and it's near to lavender mrt station. The city view served at its best. We've got a room with singapore flyer, mbs and arab street view from our room. Overall it was a pleasent experience to stay here and surely will become top pick for our next trip to sg

fresh towels everyday! We didnt get room slippers but I got a pair after I asked the cleaner. Bath shampoo/soap smells amazing. Easy check out, just returned the key and done!

the room is a bit damp and somehow the floor seems to be bit dirty, with sands around it. the sheets is also not that clean. lift is a bit weird beause there's no apparent feedback whether it's already pressed or not
