Vi valde hotellet för placeringen var perfekt nära flygplatsen. Tog 5 min från hotellet med taxi till flygplatsen, perfekt när man har en tidig flight. Runt hörnet fanns stranden och flera restauranger. Busshållplats 1 min bort som tog oss in till Palma smidigt.

Flyget inställt så kom en dag senare. Trots att jag både mailat och ringt för att hålla dem uppdaterade hade min bokning markerats som en No-Show. Efter lite strul och ett par samtal till chefen ordnades ett annat rum till oss. Vi hade bokat rum med balkong, men fick istället ett rum på markplan med uteplats. Denna uteplats var inte privat utan snarare en genomgång till den större gatan utanför.
Själva rummet var slitet, lampor saknades, lampknappar trasiga och lister som hade gott av.
Mycket bra läge, men i stort behov av renovering.

It was nice, it was a cheap place to stay and it honestly is in a great location! The only downside is the cost of Ubers to and from the airport considering how close it is! Reception were good and room was clean and spacious - no complaints, downside to our room was the TV didn’t work,. The safe had no lock and there was two flat pillows and when I asked for more they didn’t have extras. Other than that it’s a great location, the beach is right infront/behind the hotel and all the restaurants are on the beach so you’ve access to a lot of options

Great location and that is only positive thing.
Reception lady rude, room was awful. Dirty bed sheets, fan outside of window on building making loud noises all night.
Shower dirty and overall really disappointed. Asked about breakfast she said no not this hotel but up road but couldn’t give me directions.
Lovely location just wouldn’t stay at this hotel again as cleanliness not there.

Leider hatte es im ersten Zimmer im Badezimmer sehr viel Schimmel. Netterweise durften wir das Zimmer wechseln und bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Jedoch gab es dort auch ein wenig Schimmel, nicht sehr viel, aber ein wenig. Aber ansonsten für den Preis war es ganz angemessen

Where we were was nice! The room staff were good. Cleaned every day which I didn’t expect!
It would have had 5 stars if they only responded to my messages here on the app. 2 messages and no response! Because of this we got busted £75 just for a taxi from the airport!

I booked but never made it to stay at the hotel. I had asked about an airport to the hotel by messaging but Bonnie replied. The arrival would have been around 1230am. Over a period of a week I messaged but nothing came from it. When tried to claim insurance x cover don’t want to do anything and spoke to Expedia and they said it was too late even though the booking was still live and I was trying to get something back from it. The hotel i could not say if it was ok or not,
I didn’t make it.
My guess is if folk put efforts in to starting a hotel up, there’s got to be something good in that and I would imagine it’s fine.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a double room single occupancy but was given a single room that was not fit to keep a dog in. I complained after a very uncomfortable night I was given a different room which while it was better was still poor and it had cockroaches. Even the description on the website was untrue it said a cozy bar it didn’t even have a bar! It needs to be completely renovated or better still demolished. It’s disgusting. I can’t think of one redeeming feature from the wall safe which couldn’t be opened to because it had a light { loose ) fitting in front of it to the greyish paper thin towels everything about this hotel is dreadful! Stay away.

Personnel peu accueillant, lève les yeux aux ciel et soupirent dès qu’on ne parle pas leur langue ou qu’on leur demandait quelque chose.
Dans la chambre, le tuyaux de douche fuyait, les lits sont très inconfortable.
Pour manger, nous avions 2 chaises mais pas de tables alors que des plaques de cuissons sont à disposition.
Les sols de la chambre restent sales même après le passage des femmes de ménage qui sont censées nettoyer la chambre tous les jours. Sur un séjour de 10 jours, 3 jours elles ne sont pas passées.
Nous avons du aller à la réception à plusieurs reprises car les cartes d’accès de la chambre se désactivaient et nous pouvions plus accéder à la chambre.
Déçu de se logement pour le grand prix que nous avons payé.
Je déconseille pour un séjour de longue durée.
Pratique pour une nuit à la plage avant de retourner à l’aéroport car il est proche.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und wir haben erst am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber.

Leider hatte es im ersten Zimmer im Badezimmer sehr viel Schimmel. Netterweise durften wir das Zimmer wechseln und bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Jedoch gab es dort auch ein wenig Schimmel, nicht sehr viel, aber ein wenig. Aber ansonsten für den Preis war es ganz angemessen

Where we were was nice! The room staff were good. Cleaned every day which I didn’t expect!
It would have had 5 stars if they only responded to my messages here on the app. 2 messages and no response! Because of this we got busted £75 just for a taxi from the airport!

I booked but never made it to stay at the hotel. I had asked about an airport to the hotel by messaging but Bonnie replied. The arrival would have been around 1230am. Over a period of a week I messaged but nothing came from it. When tried to claim insurance x cover don’t want to do anything and spoke to Expedia and they said it was too late even though the booking was still live and I was trying to get something back from it. The hotel i could not say if it was ok or not,
I didn’t make it.
My guess is if folk put efforts in to starting a hotel up, there’s got to be something good in that and I would imagine it’s fine.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked a double room single occupancy but was given a single room that was not fit to keep a dog in. I complained after a very uncomfortable night I was given a different room which while it was better was still poor and it had cockroaches. Even the description on the website was untrue it said a cozy bar it didn’t even have a bar! It needs to be completely renovated or better still demolished. It’s disgusting. I can’t think of one redeeming feature from the wall safe which couldn’t be opened to because it had a light { loose ) fitting in front of it to the greyish paper thin towels everything about this hotel is dreadful! Stay away.

Personnel peu accueillant, lève les yeux aux ciel et soupirent dès qu’on ne parle pas leur langue ou qu’on leur demandait quelque chose.
Dans la chambre, le tuyaux de douche fuyait, les lits sont très inconfortable.
Pour manger, nous avions 2 chaises mais pas de tables alors que des plaques de cuissons sont à disposition.
Les sols de la chambre restent sales même après le passage des femmes de ménage qui sont censées nettoyer la chambre tous les jours. Sur un séjour de 10 jours, 3 jours elles ne sont pas passées.
Nous avons du aller à la réception à plusieurs reprises car les cartes d’accès de la chambre se désactivaient et nous pouvions plus accéder à la chambre.
Déçu de se logement pour le grand prix que nous avons payé.
Je déconseille pour un séjour de longue durée.
Pratique pour une nuit à la plage avant de retourner à l’aéroport car il est proche.
