Andreas Hotel & Spa

This was my first time staying at Andreas and it won't be my last. What an amazing hotel and the staff was superb!!!

If your interested in a quite, respectful stop in Palms Springs. You have to make Andreas one of your options. Everything is walkable, food, shoping, casino. Quiet pool and public hottub. The room i stayed in also had a tub with jets :). The staff stay out of your way....Much appreciated! Check it out if you need to disconnect from your daily chaos.

Exceptional Experience ! The Accommodations, Staff ... esp Krystal & Benjamin were Prie-less ! I've raved about this Hotel to everyone I've spoken to. I've raved about it to friends here in MO and those in CA. This would definitely be a great choice if you're looking for comfort, quiet, relaxation, shopping & restaurants. Second time coming here for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Both times spent at this resort were amazing!

The room was attractive and comfortable. The staff was amazing!

Hospitality at 110% is an understatement! From the welcome at the front desk, the guided tour of amenities on the way to our room and the handwritten note of thanks made us feel like we were visiting friends. The hotel itself was perfectly located within downtown Palm Springs to walk to restaurants and shops easily. We will definitely be back with friends and family!

Historic property right in the middle of it all. Rooms are super comfortable (I’ve stayed in a few of them) and excellent value for the money. Nice courtyard with pool and places to sit. Friendly staff. You should totally stay here.

Staff is extremely helpful and the Andreas is a wonderful place to stay.

By far the best place in downtown Palm Springs

This is our third visit this year and find the hotel very nice and comfortable to stay. The front desk lady that greets us is very personal and friendly. We requested a first floor room and she accommodated us! The hotel rooms are always clean and notch above Best Western down the street and not noisy. The breakfast can be improved like having eggs and bacon.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Bathroom has a jacuzzi and very nice. Will stay again.

Well situated very close to the main strip and across the street from the Agua Caliente casino. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Reasonable price. Rooms are generally nice, but some are better situated than others with more or less natural light. Breakfast boxes are provided, but no real healthy options are available. Coffee is also available with multiple condiments. Ice is provided upon request. Overall solid choice for downtown Palm Springs.

Front desk clerk by the name of Crystal was extremely unprofessional. My wife and I have been visiting this establishment for over 20 years. Being said we have absolutely loved this location in the way we were treated never had a complaint but this last visit we decided to go for our anniversary. There are several things to discuss that we were not happy with but the bottom line was we should not have had to sit and wait to allow not one not two not three but four patrons that were also arriving check in in front of us all the while, we had been there long before those arriving guest. I understand it was crowded and people were arriving to check in however, they had not been waiting in the waiting lobby as we had been for quite a while. Guest would arrive walk up to the check-in counter. They were allowed to check in and taken to their room all the while Crystal was quite aware of the fact we were still waiting for our room as stated this happened multiple times and we’re told we will be next, however that did not take place until the lobby had been cleared out and there was no other patrons to check in. Crystal approached myself and my wife and stated I’m sorry it just got really busy. I responded back with. Yes I completely understand that, but what you did was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional we have been waiting long before them. You were aware of that however you chose to assist several guest, knowing we were waiting and have been for quite sometime. Her res

This hotel is very nice, quiet, clean and over all superb. I was looking for a ALL ADULT hotel for a while and this is the winner. Particularly KRISTAL she is the best!! She is going out of her way to be nice and accommodated your needs.

Bed was very comfortable. The ambiance is amazing. Room decorations - well done, staged well. The electric car charging stations are close by.

We love everything about this hotel. Karl is incredibly friendly, as is Benjamin. We’ve stayed here 5 times, each in a different room, and all have been fantastic. Kid free. Thursday is street market and free Modern museum days-just FYI.

The Andreas is literally one of the best hidden gems in Palm Springs. Great little boutique hotel in downtown Palm Springs. Amazing every time we have stayed there.
