Great place to stay with family, welcome gifts provided consisting of waters and snack. Room was spacious, very clean, comfy beds. Environment is very welcoming and spirited to Nashville. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, they even had someone making fresh omelets! Plenty of parking on site as well for $20.

Property was good enough to sleep in at night, AC worked great, beds on firmer side. Walkable to downtown and midtown. Breakfast was ok the lady taking care of breakfast area did not want to be there.

I wish i would have known about paying for parking a head of time, and the pillows were quite flat other than that, the stay was wonderful.

First of all this property is no where near the hustle and bussle of honky town. It is a good 20-30 minute walk.
The property itself is of a ok standard. I paid way too much for 4 nights here! Breakfast was poor and found the staff not much help in terms of sending me in the right direction for my first night out.
The room was comfortable enough and it was quiet up to the weekend when it got loud and rowdy.
The beds are very hard and pillows uncomfortable. On the plus side the room was cleaned everyday.
The pool area is tiny but was clean. When it came to leaving I asked for a taxi to the airport and was charged $45.
I had been charged $35 coming in so I don’t know where they are making up the figures.
Overall fine for one or two nights max.

I never received a confirmation from expedia so 8/8/25 they day i was suppose to check in...i called Best Western around 4:50 pm and Best Western told me i didn’t have a reservation. So i booked at another hotel then at 10:30 pm the same day after i was already in the new hotel i received a call from best western saying i no showed and they charged us $195.13. They will not make it right.

About the only thing that was a bit off was the view from 211 out the window. Ugly AC units and piping on the adjoining roof. Not sure how to correct without architectural panels or new equipment.

I didn’t appreciate that a group of drunk guys in their 50s sitting in the lobby tried to get my 20 something year old daughter to have beer with them in their room. Very gross. Not the hotel’s fault but makes it feel unsafe,

House keeper was very good,We needed a ride to the grand ole Opry and they arranged drop off and pick up for us which was very helpful Pool was a nice way to cool down after a day walking on Broadway street Breakfast was a selection for everyone We drove a motorcycle to Nashville and the on site parking was safe and secure I would recommend the hotel
