Most Extended stays have an equipped kitchen with everything you need. This place didn’t even have a coffeemaker in the room. Will never book there again

Not a bad stay for a last minute reservation

Staff was very nice

We never got a chance to stay at the hotel as they would not let us check in since we got stuck with delayed flights and then a wreck on the highway which put us arriving at 4:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. which was our original arrival time. Even though the bill was already prepaid we were told that after 1:00 a.m. we couldn't check in and we had to wait till the next day. I will say that at least the other extended stay that was down in Warwick had a lady that was super helpful and nice and tried to work with us but they just didn't have the rooms available for us.

Place was old, dingy and have a kitchenette with no supplies plus the bathroom door was difficult to open and close that my kids kept getting stuck

So noisy, someone kept going out the exit only doors setting off alarms at 1am. People above sounded like they were coming thur the ceiling from 1-4am couldn't get much sleep.

Food options limited unless you can drive. They do have delivery to the hotel. There is a grocery store close and coffer vendor. A coffee maker in the room I feel is something that should be offered or in the office. Other than that the location is good. Access to local airport and the main highway is good. Drive to local town is good. Rooms could really use some updating and cleaning detail. Beds were ok. Pillows lacking.

Two words: bed bugs. Hallways smell pretty bad, moldy like. Staff is nice, bed was comfortable enough. Good location. No issues with noise.

The room wasn’t

This place feels like the projects. There was mold in the shower, a dirty sock under the bed (not mine), remnants of food in the cupboard, and when i took a shower, the handwritten message of the prior guest showed up on the mirror. I could hear guests trying to get in at night-only the main entrance worked, none of the side entrances, those are all disabled. They lock down the check in desk at night at about 10pm. From the look of the hallway, their vacuum is broken too. It really feels like a lot of people who are down on their luck live here, not like a hotel for a business trip. Ive been into section 8 a couple of times to get patients and thats what this place felt like. When i showed them the photos I took of the dirt and mold they did kindly offer a refund. But I would rather go to a campground than stay there ever again.

Like: The staff was friendly at check-in Disliked: The Room smelled like raw sewage and a dead animal. The efficiency kitchen had nothing in it, even though the ads claimed it had basic things like dish soap, maybe a couple of paper cups, or a coffee maker. The bathroom had one sliver of soap the size of a quarter and a towel. The bathroom sliding door was broken and only closed partway. The tub was filthy with dirty footprints all over. The mattresses were like hammocks and the pullout bed had no sheets-only a urine and feces-stained tablecloth. And that's not all. As of 9:45 pm, there are no employees for the rest of the evening. The walls are thin. The place is like a house of horrors. It's too skeevy to sleep.

It was quiet but in need of a serious upgrade. Thought i was supposed to have breakfast and kitchen not fully stocked. Had to pay for plates, utensils and pans if i wanted them.

Fire alarm going off half the night no staff no response from anyone… stay refunded

It was a convenient location, however it was very clear they do not maintain this place. The room had a funky smell and everything was outdated. The remote we had for the TV didn’t even work for the TV, it only was able to turn it on and off. It definitely was not worth the price i paid for 1 night. However, i will say that staff were very friendly when we arrived.

The second we entered the room it smelled awful. The sofa bed was broken, and some metal part was sticking up. We had four toddlers in the room. It was not safe and the room did not look clean. And there was no extra pillows very disappointed with our stay.

Best stay ever

For being a Marriot and Hilton diamond member, the hotel was clean and quiet. Stood their a night with my dog, it easy check in and the room was clean.

everything was horrible checkin was blah beds they need to throw them away you stink in 1 of my 2 cards was working we open up the sofa and the sheets were dirty everything looks old
