We had a few issues during our stay. Clogged toilet, stained sheets and a power outage that affected just the hotel.

Great spot in the hub of the downtown core. Easy walking distance to several eating establishments. On site restaurant was good also. Some of the best Chicago Style deep dish pizza we've ever had.

Place was super nice! Parking was $15 in the garage across the street and in and out privileges. Breakfast was $17 for the buffet or anywhere from $12-$17 for an off the menu choice. It was a good breakfast and good coffee. Coffee is only available during breakfast hours though as we tried to grab a cup upon checkout at 11:30. Check out is at 12p which is always nice. The pool was clean and the hot tub was relaxing and just what we needed in the morning. The staff were friendly, particularly our waitress for breakfast! We stayed here for a festival down at city square park and jt was perfect walking distance to both the festival and food options. We would definitely stay again.

The staff is excellent. Breakfast buffet.... Well, it's was so-so, I would not purchase the buffet again, I would order from a menu and have it made fresh. Rooms were clean. Lots of areas to hang out and work or talk. UNO pizza is attached, but not to good and the bar was closed on a Friday night from lack of employees working, that's never good when you're attached to a hotel. Overall the hotel is excellent with staff but slightly overpriced. I stay here often so I would recommend it. It's the best around Worcester

Very little communication from check in desk employees. No ventilation fan in bathroom.

Everything was perfect

Room decor was a bit tacky; the roller shade didn't work and a piece had fallen off the bottom of the heater/air conditioner.

Great experience, as always. Manager and front desk personnel went above and beyond!

Great location in downtown Worcester.

Rooms are falsely advertised as king beds when they are queens. Also they have doors to adjoining rooms with no sound insulation, you can hear the other room at talking noise levels. Doesn’t feel private. When asked the front desk about this they said it is what it is they can’t do anything about it and that those beds are “their” king beds, they kept repeating even when told they are queens. They didn’t seem to care at all about their false advertisement.

Easy, quick check in. You have to park in the back & check in to get your parking card, then park in the garage across the street.

The staff were lovely. This my second time going to this hotel. I love that the hotel has a restaurant attached. Its so convenient for me especially walking from the station. The breakfast food was good to me.

It was a quickly stay. And the service was very good. However the early check in rate is expensive

Great Property overall, Lady in the front desk tends to profile guest and give them a little bit of a hard time. Every other staff was great though amazing even.

Average hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful enough but my room was small and dated.
