I stay here often for work. I often use Honolulu as a stopover before continuing on to Asia, and I always stay here at the Pacific Marina Inn. The staff is always wonderful, they greet me by name, and IMO it's one of the only truly reasonably priced hotels in the whole Honolulu area. Plus, it's worth a lot that they have a free 24 hour airport shuttle that is always quick and convenient, and again the staff is always super pleasant and helpful. I'll always leave my friends at the Pacific Marina Inn a great review! I've said this before in previous reviews... You already know going into this that this is not the nicest hotel you'll ever stay at, but it's perfect for what it is and my rooms have always been clean, even if the building is older. What more can you want for a decent price!

Staff were amazing! The hotel was exactly as pictured. This hotel is not located near a ton of attractions but we enjoyed that because it was quiet and no traffic. We rented a car and easily went to the whole island. The staff gave us advice on how to save money on attractions, shopping and suggestions for must see places. A lot of guests were return guests who were also super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for sure! The pool was perfect and a lot of times we were completely alone to enjoy when we needed a relaxing break between sightseeing.

Airport hotels at HNL airport are expensive. This one is the "cheapest" one. Shuttle wait pick up from the airport was twenty minutes. The property is very basic. But for one night and an early flight in the morning, it's okay. The room was clean and had microwave, the beds were comfortable.The staff is efficient and friendly. Public transportation from the airport is scheduled to open this October and there's one stop just by the hotel.

The staff was amazing, and it was a clean as could be considering it needed maintenance. The Canoe Hut Lounge made it for us! A lot of fun and great prices!!!

We planned to stay here for a night between two trips to the airport, which worked out pretty well, although the shuttle pickup took almost an hour, which was less than ideal. The hotel itself met expectations.

There is no denying this place is old. It would benefit from a full remodel but I gotta say it has a certain charm about it. It is off the beaten path so very quiet in spite of being close to airport. Everyone who works here is very friendly and nice. All our needs were met. It is not fancy in any way but the landscaping is nice and we enjoyed the pool very much. I would stay there again.

Place was nice, check in was easy and friendly. I had to check out late and when talking and explaining to the front desk the guy there was very unprofessional and rude. Took a lot to keep my cool but talking to customers like that explains why customers complain about service. Other than that was ok and pet friendly.

The staff was amazing, and it was a clean as could be considering it needed maintenance. The Canoe Hut Lounge made it for us! A lot of fun and great prices!!!

We planned to stay here for a night between two trips to the airport, which worked out pretty well, although the shuttle pickup took almost an hour, which was less than ideal. The hotel itself met expectations.

There is no denying this place is old. It would benefit from a full remodel but I gotta say it has a certain charm about it. It is off the beaten path so very quiet in spite of being close to airport. Everyone who works here is very friendly and nice. All our needs were met. It is not fancy in any way but the landscaping is nice and we enjoyed the pool very much. I would stay there again.

Place was nice, check in was easy and friendly. I had to check out late and when talking and explaining to the front desk the guy there was very unprofessional and rude. Took a lot to keep my cool but talking to customers like that explains why customers complain about service. Other than that was ok and pet friendly.
