Shuttle was good! Bed was clean and comfortable.
BUT
Front desk staff in the AM was terrible. The guy wouldn’t make eye contact or look up from desk to greet you, even when approached @5am 8/17/25. Really bad impression. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms are oddly shaped, practically have to stand on toilet to open the door.

When I booked was four peoplefor two queen beds when I went to property, they give me one King bed on couch. They property, us that’s where they have leave it or take it was 10 o’clock tonight no options.

We waited at the airport for the shuttle for over an hour. We watched numerous hotel shuttles with the same driver go through multiple times. We finally ordered an Uber and paid an additional $20.00. The airport was not busy at all as there were many delays due to lightning in the area, there was no rain or storms in the direct visibility at the airport so this could not be a reason for the shuttle delay.
The hotel and room was clean and comfortable but the shuttle has a lot to be desired.

Airport shuttle is ok but waited 30min at 1130pm. The hotel is a 10min drive so not easy to get to without transport.

Nice hotel for a Denver Airport stay. We were only there for a forced layover (weather) so we didn’t see much of it or get to try their breakfast, so not much data to go on. 🙂. We were only there for a 5-6 hour stay due to a late arrival and an extremely early flight the next morning. Very reasonably priced compared to most of the local competition.

Check in was quick and easy which was great with two very tired children. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked that they're was a separate sitting area outside the bedroom.

The staff was great the room was clean. The bed was so hard the ac made a loud swishing noise the whole time. The pool had clumps of something at the bottom of it.
