We had a great time! The Hotel was perfect for our stay because it was within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We loved that it had a pool, bar and restaurant! Staff was excellent, room was awesome, and the bed was so comfortable! We're planning on making more trips to Indianapolis and we'll be making reservations here again!

Booked a room for my boss, advised it would be a late check in and arrived at 11pm and was given the last room on the property under the exhaust system and the walls were rattling the pictures hanging, didn't have another room so he left right after midnight because he couldn't sleep. Room was prepaid and insured, and hotel would only give him one night credit not both that were paid for. Room was $208 for one hour stay, argued on phone with hotel and Hotels.com for refund on both nights, but would not. As hotels, you know the rooms you should not be occupying not matter how much you might need that $208. After traveling all day there to deal with that and find a new hotel in the middle of the night, was a terrible inconvenience and very disappointed in both services.

The hotel is under renovation. The rooms are stuck in the 80s. The TV remote does not work properly. The AC system vibrates so much that you have a feeling of being in a cruise ship. The noise is non stop. They should shut down operations to speed up the renovation job.

Hotel staff members were not friendly, nor did they give us a lot of information about the hotel when we checked in. They gave us a piece of paper and told us to read it for information. The hotel was under construction so it was not very inviting when we arrived. The rooms were okay for comfort but the bathroom was not updated- tap leaked and the shower had weak pressure. When we tried to go for a meal at their restaurant, there were two waitresses arguing and bickering at one another which made it uncomfortable so we left.

When me and my husband arrived we noticed their garage was shut down..there was so much cluster in front of the hotel we had to circle around the block for 15 mins before we can get in front of the door.. the construction through us by surprise... I just wish we were made aware since you pretty much have no choice but to pay $55 a night for valet. I can say the valet crew were very nice and courteous..overall, the hotel is nice but outdated, and if we were to stay again I will be sure they are done with their parking garage

Excellent service, they were having construction on the parking garage, but it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. At dinner at the bar area and enjoyed our stay. Every employee was nice and courteous!

Booked a room for my boss, advised it would be a late check in and arrived at 11pm and was given the last room on the property under the exhaust system and the walls were rattling the pictures hanging, didn't have another room so he left right after midnight because he couldn't sleep. Room was prepaid and insured, and hotel would only give him one night credit not both that were paid for. Room was $208 for one hour stay, argued on phone with hotel and Hotels.com for refund on both nights, but would not. As hotels, you know the rooms you should not be occupying not matter how much you might need that $208. After traveling all day there to deal with that and find a new hotel in the middle of the night, was a terrible inconvenience and very disappointed in both services.

The hotel is under renovation. The rooms are stuck in the 80s. The TV remote does not work properly. The AC system vibrates so much that you have a feeling of being in a cruise ship. The noise is non stop. They should shut down operations to speed up the renovation job.

We had a great time! The Hotel was perfect for our stay because it was within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We loved that it had a pool, bar and restaurant! Staff was excellent, room was awesome, and the bed was so comfortable! We're planning on making more trips to Indianapolis and we'll be making reservations here again!

Hotel staff members were not friendly, nor did they give us a lot of information about the hotel when we checked in. They gave us a piece of paper and told us to read it for information. The hotel was under construction so it was not very inviting when we arrived. The rooms were okay for comfort but the bathroom was not updated- tap leaked and the shower had weak pressure. When we tried to go for a meal at their restaurant, there were two waitresses arguing and bickering at one another which made it uncomfortable so we left.

Didn't know so much was under construction. Lobby, entrances, street access. A/C in room got cold but not super cold like I like. Reserved king bed but got 2 doubles.

Lots of construction in and outside the. Property. At times valet parking was very busy. No other onsite parking, overall clean room and close to Gain bridge fieldhouse and major sites.

It was an old hotel that needed to be updated. Our room had a musty sewer smell for part of our stay. Great location though.

When me and my husband arrived we noticed their garage was shut down..there was so much cluster in front of the hotel we had to circle around the block for 15 mins before we can get in front of the door.. the construction through us by surprise... I just wish we were made aware since you pretty much have no choice but to pay $55 a night for valet. I can say the valet crew were very nice and courteous..overall, the hotel is nice but outdated, and if we were to stay again I will be sure they are done with their parking garage

Excellent service, they were having construction on the parking garage, but it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. At dinner at the bar area and enjoyed our stay. Every employee was nice and courteous!
