The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

I stayed here for 2 nights, everything was very good, the staff were friendly, spoke softly, cheerfully and professionally, I was impressed with the receptionists and the luggage support guy named Phat, I chose the most basic room but it was still very spacious, clean, cozy space. From the hotel to the city center is very close, convenient to travel. In general, I felt very comfortable here, if I have the opportunity to go to Da Lat next time, I will still choose to stay here again.

At first, I only booked 4 nights, but when I checked in, I was so excited that I quickly booked 2 more nights. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, the interior of the rooms is mostly new and comfortable, the room is spacious, the bathroom is large and luxurious, and there are electrical outlets everywhere in the room, which is extremely convenient. The room also has a very long table, ideal for those who travel but still have to work like me, or women who need a place to do makeup. The receptionist is SUPER SUPER SUPER friendly and enthusiastic, you can help with anything you need, they are always welcoming. On the 1st floor, there is a super chill outdoor corner, I often go there to read books, play games, eat and drink. In general, I really like it, if you are going to DL, book to experience it Ps: right next door there is a delicious broken rice shop :)) my boyfriend ate there for 3 consecutive days

In general, the room is ok, everyone. From the staff to the rooms are ok. I am quite satisfied with the hotel. If I have the chance to come here, I will book again. The distance to places such as Xuan Huong Lake night market and the square is quite close and convenient.

The hotel room is very ok, family group of 4 people stayed in a room with 2 large beds, quite comfortable, full wifi, clean bathroom. The hotel is quite close to the center of Dalat, only 800m-1km. If you are like me, traveling and only need a place to sleep and shower, the Luxe is a very reasonable choice.

Friendly staff solve problems very reasonably & cutely, right at the front so it's really convenient to take a bus, I really like the hot and cold water system at the hotel, the water is strong and easy to adjust, if only the hotel had a pet service, it would be great 🩷 There are many restaurants near the hotel, walking is also convenient 💯

Before 11:00: We arrived and informed reception of our early arrival; they said they would notify us if a room became available sooner. 11:00–14:00: We waited in the lobby with around 10 other guests. 14:00: All other waiting guests were called to check in; we were not. Upon enquiry, the receptionist stated we had been overlooked. Separately, we hired a motorbike for two days at 120,000 per day. We returned the key at 07:00 on the last day, but at checkout, we were charged for two and a half days because the key was returned on the morning of the third day. We had not been informed of this policy. The receptionist said a night‑shift colleague had failed to inform us, but still required payment.

3 days 2 nights here is quite ok. The room is airy, clean, few hotels I praise the bathroom but here I quite like the bathroom In general, I mainly went out to play so there was only 1 window view on a light rainy afternoon.
