From the minute we arrived the staff were professional, engaging and so very friendly! They were quick to answer our questions and gave us some ideas also that were super helpful. The room was quiet and the location was ideal. I had also received, weeks earlier, a welcome letter which was just another way that made us feel welcome. The staff were just wonderful, from reception to the dining / breakfast staff. Not just friendly but above that. They would spend time chatting with us and were always warm and inviting. Thank you for making our stay exceptional

We will definitely use this hotel again. The staff are so friendly and professional. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and this made our stay even more memorable. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff we interacted with We’re friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make us feel special. We both had birthdays around our stay and were overwhelmed with the generosity of the upgrade and recognition from all the staff. Really made our holiday.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations. Our room and shower were very nice. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, except for the omelettes. Would recommend.

Godt beliggende i udkanten af byen. Pænt værelse og god rengøring- værelse som bestilt med havudsigt. Swimmingpool under renovering, så denne kunne ikke benyttes - ingen information om dette før vi tjekkede ind. Hvilket var utilfredstillende - blev henvist til moder hotellet i den anden ende af byen.

Unfortunately the room smell of mildew and I mention this to housekeep as the brought us an extra bed and her comment was … oh this is usuall for the floor to smell like this….. I was not impressed as I mentioned this to the reception when booking out. Also the pillows where very uncomfortable… as a regular customer to Hilton it was nit happy.

Strong smell of dope on Sunday afternoon coming from an adjacent room,unable to sit outside and enjoy the views.it ado stunk out our room.reported it to reception,no follow up.Was told at time of checkout the next day that the smell was coming from down the road which is absolute rubbish,it was coming from one of the rooms. This is our fourth stay at your property and I am evaluating whether to stay there again in January.

Check in wasn't ready until 4pm, compensation was a free drink that had to be used that night, so was wasted, breakfast opened 5mins late

フロントスタッフ、ツアーカウンターの方々の対応がとても丁寧で素晴らしかったです プール改装中のため、ヒルトンホテルのプールを案内していただきましたが、こちらも大満足でした ただ改装工事音が朝7時から聴こえるため、朝寝はできません（笑）

急遽、当日予約で1泊だけ宿泊しましたが、何故か予約が通っていないとのことでチェックインに確認と時間を要しました。受付の方はとても感じが良く申し分ありませんが全体的に施設の老朽化は否めない感じでした。更にスリッパにポップコーンが入っていたり部屋の隅に髪の毛が落ちていたり歯ブラシ等のアメニティもなく、コーヒーマシーンも半分壊れていてうまく作動せず驚きました。ブランド名と価格帯を考えるともう少しケアが必要かなと思いました。
