Small bathroom but everything okay

Clean hotel, great free breakfast and beautiful atrium

Great location and well-maintained

The day of the 15th, when the room was serviced, a few things were not done. I had to request tea bags, hand towels, etc. For a Hilton Hotel at $260 per night, I was slightly disappointed. Next time I stay in Cairns, I will choose another hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent

Clean. Great location. Comfy beds. Good breakfast and dinner options. Cookie on arrival! Nice pool and fitness room. Looked after our luggage for two nights while we went on the reef.

The room was extremely clean and fresh. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast offered me what I needed with vegan, gluten-free options and the food was thoroughly delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for your Cairns stays.

A bit of a must y smell and no ventilation in lifts other then that, staff were lovely and was central

Clean and tidy place, rooms a little small

Great location. Great rooms and pool.

As soon as we got the room we noticed some bugs here and there. When we got to bed it was impossible to sleep due to a variety of small creatures crawling around in the bed and onto our bodies - nibbling of our skin and making it impossible to sleep. We took several pictures and videos of these small creatures for evidence and will forward to Hilton. We ended up sleeping less than two hours in front of a 26 hour flight back home. Not what we had expected from Hilton standards. The reception did nothing else than asking us to write a formal complaint. We stayed in another room earlier in the week - it this only had some ants in the bathroom. With the rooms with direct access to the outside (motel style) it is almost impossible to keep things out of the rooms. Gaps underneath the doors does not help.

The bed was very comfortable. Pity there was no movie channel which was disappointing. No tissues in the room also.

Great hotel and very convenient to all shops and restaurant

I arrived late nIght around 9pm. I went to take a shower right away and there was hair in the tub and on the shower walls. Needless to say this is disgusting and unacceptable.
