From the minute we arrived the staff were professional, engaging and so very friendly! They were quick to answer our questions and gave us some ideas also that were super helpful. The room was quiet and the location was ideal. I had also received, weeks earlier, a welcome letter which was just another way that made us feel welcome. The staff were just wonderful, from reception to the dining / breakfast staff. Not just friendly but above that. They would spend time chatting with us and were always warm and inviting. Thank you for making our stay exceptional

We will definitely use this hotel again. The staff are so friendly and professional. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and this made our stay even more memorable. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff we interacted with We’re friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make us feel special. We both had birthdays around our stay and were overwhelmed with the generosity of the upgrade and recognition from all the staff. Really made our holiday.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations. Our room and shower were very nice. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, except for the omelettes. Would recommend.
