Mercure Barossa Valley

It's our 2nd stay at this hotel and we will continue to sray there as we love It's location, dining snd room facilities

Lovely accommodation in a wonderful spot! Our third stay there and will go again.

The room was lovely and the mattress on the bed was amazing. We both slept really well. The buffet was new and we were ok with that, but on both mornings, we got there at 9am and had to wait on eggs and bacon, as bay was empty. Think they were still getting used to this service. They did do coffee orders which was awesome. I was surprised that whilst everything on the inside was great, the outside area, especially opposite the dinning and bar area looked a little unkept and under watered. To match the inside, I would suggest a bit more attention required on sweeping/hosing off porch area, removing cobwebs and mulching garden beds. It wasn't terrible, but bit of a lost opportunity to wow. Other than those minor points, we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were excellent. Location to all the attractions was also very good. It was quite and safe.
