Location Location Location! Cant beat it! Opposite Royal Yacht Club & The Baths Restaurant at Brighton. 13 min walk to Church Street where you can choose from numerous cafes & restaurants & cuisines.
The room was extremely clean (very important to me) & Anthony at reception bent over backwards to help us in every way he could.
BONUS: Price is very good too.

This property is very tired. I don’t appreciate renovations and painting going on around my room and the paint smell was terrible. Shouldn’t management block out rooms where tradespeople are working? OHS would surely mean it wasn’t safe walking past paint trays, drop cloths, ladders etc? Terrible pillows, only 2/room, sink was blocked, TV didn’t work properly, remote control held together with tape. I could go on but I won’t be back. I think the worst thing is that it affects your opinion of the Quest Brand and puts me off trying any other properties in this chain.

This property offers they bare minimum. The staff are non existent and the rooms are very noisy with the construction staff starting at 7:00 am. We stayed for four nights and rubbish was building up in the corridors. The location is amazing being right across the beach, but there are other properties in the area.

I reported many times the continual freezing of the small refrigerator - food, wine every day had to be discarded.
The fact the phone was disconnected and more importantly the door to balcony was difficult to lock, making overnight unsafe and access through the day when away from room easily accessible
The staff I spoke to were friendly and write issues in book but no follow up.
I hope you fix Room 125 for the next person.

The room we stayed in was small with mismatched furniture that didn't serve a purpose and made the room even smaller. Carpets and curtains were stained and some of the accessories in the room were broken. Overall disappointing. The highlight is the beach across the road.

Property is conveniently located right opposite the beach and Yacht club and only a short drive to popular St Kilda.
The building is dated and to access our room we had to follow a long and narrow corridor. Room was also a loft so had a flight of stairs as soon as you enter which made for difficulty lugging bags around.
Overall OK but could do with a makeover and re-orientation of entry/exits.

Tired hotel that needs a refresh. Room only serviced once in 4 day visit. Rubbish pile covered most the hallway when I arrived. A lot of stairs to carry suitcase up and down just to get up to room.
