Exceptional Stay with Friendly Staff and Perfect Location:
Our stay at Quest Brighton on the Bay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is unbeatable – it's just a two-minute walk across the road to the pier, which is an ideal spot to watch the beautiful Melbourne skyline and New Year fireworks displays. A top-class experience!

The check-in and location were great. Unfortunately we had a leaking toilet and whining pipes every 30 seconds all night. No staff on when we came in at 10.30 to report it so we had to put up until morning

Serviceable and quiet, in a lovely area.
Negatives: the freezer part of the fridge is tiny & doesn't actually freeze anything. The shower has a water-saving head, and doesn't get hot - barely above lukewarm, so showers were cold and sad.
A suggestion for public holidays when the rooms aren't serviced, especially for multiple days - leave supplies, such as toilet paper and etc in a common area for guests to access themselves.

The room was very good, however I did request that the balcony lights on room next door, attic 122 be turned off.
I stayed in 121 last time I visited, the balcony lights at 122 were in all night. most annoying as I like to wake up to daylight.
Please attend to this matter.

Large, tasefully appointed room with all necessary appliances - the whole area spotless. I have recommended it to my family.The only low point is the water quality for a cup of tea, but Im spoilt by having rain water at home, so thats no fault of Quest

The room was clean but very warm especially over night, I think they must restrict the air conditioning then. The bathroom was terrible, the shower curtain was filthy, the first day I asked for a clean one but that was not that clean. I reported that the shower floor was dirty and slimey and very dangerous, the shower needed scrubbing and a non slip mat provided. There was mould around the sink hole and where the tap connected to the sink. The bathroom totally let the room down, would I stay there again, NO I WOULD NOT, there are a lot of places much cleaner to stay.
