Great 2 bed apartment in an excellent location. Beware of the surcharge if paying at the hotel. I think we paid 2.5%. Could have easily avoided this if we paid thru hotels.com but my friend and I hoped to pay 50/50 on card so waited, and they couldn’t do that anyway which has never been an issue elsewhere. Surcharge seems unreasonable to me as they don’t accept cash.

Great place to stay. Had all the amenities we needed and great location to The Rocks, Opera House, CBD, Botanical Gardens and Art Galleries, shopping and Restaurants.

Perfect location. Could easily walk to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Barangaroo. Apartment was huge. Loved sitting on the balcony.

The property is in a great location within the CBD. It’s a two minute walk to Wynyard train station which makes it convenient when travelling to/from the airport. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times before due to the location. The only minor quips i had was the room wasn’t completely clean when i checked in. The bathroom had hair on the shower floor. After travelling for two days I didn’t have time to ask the front desk to clean it so I just wiped it down myself. Also for extended stays, it would be helpful if the laundry detergent and soap was replenished when housekeeping came. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and the room was comfortable. The studio room is spacious and the balcony is convenient to hang laundry.

The best thing about the Hotel is its location and proximity to Circular Quay & transport.
Previously stayed here 10 years ago and nothing has changed. The rooms are dated and need to be renovated.
Arrived early 2 hrs early they wouldn't allow check in and advised to come back at 2pm , we came back at 3pm and room still wasn't ready .
Left our luggage with the reception staff and had to ask 3 times for luggage tag receipts
When we finallly checked in after 3pm on Saturday we arrived at Level 19 and found this bag of rubbish in the corrider , the bag of rubbish was still there when we departed at 0930 on Sunday morning .
The Hotel staff didn't seem to embrace customer service

The hotel was in a great location for our stay, close to Wynyard train station, grocery stores, bus station. Walking distance to what we needed.
Downside was the shower was full of mould and dirty, fridge was dirty, main bedroom missing the air conditioner remote.

Great location to the Rocks and circular Quay and the rooms were excellent. There is a lot of noise at night from traffic - sirens, horns, street sweepers, which is not great if you are a light sleeper. Better noise insulation on the windows would be appreciated.

Originally there was a faulty shower screen that we couldn't open but it was fixed promptly once the issue was raised. The location was fantastic and the swimming pool & sauna were clean and enjoyable.

This motel was so close to everything a tourist would want to see in Sydney. The rooms were huge and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The hotel is within walking distance to most major attractions in the city, near Circular Quay and Darling Habour.
The apartment was spacious and clean. The receptionist was really helpful. Check in was quick and easy.

This was not a good experience. The unit was old and musty. Bathroom light was not working and multiple other issues were noted once we settled in. We were travelling with 3 kids and came off a long flight . They did not have any other unit avaliable till another 2 hours for an exchange. I did not get what i paid for. I am requesting a partial refund. The pictures i saw on expedia and the age of the apartments and amenities i received were worlds apart. Would never come to this property and would urge others not to book. It is absolute cheating. I never give good or bad reviews but this one truly brought me to the edges.
