ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser Vienna

Ok hotel i kort avstand fra t-banen. Bra rengjort og hyggelig personale, men dersom du skulle ha noen allergier, vær forsiktig. Ingen merking av allergener og de greide faktisk å ha gluten på bacon ved å ha brødskiver i bunnen av baconbeholderen til frokost. Ikke stol på at de har ala carte i restauranten. Da vi kom hadde de kun middagsbuffet… som ikke var merket.

Is good. AC isn’t very cold. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Good location on the metro.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week for work. Although there are some minor inconveniences with the facilities, I think it was a good hotel overall.

The train station is just a few meters away, that was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. They have fresh bread, there are lots of options for teas, coffee, juice, and they have lots of fresh fruits, veggies, deli meats, smoked salmon, soups, eggs, bacon...the works. Just a heads up that the front desk staff was a bit weird about me asking them to clean my room the morning of. Something very unusual for a hotel. They do have a system of requesting it the night before through a QR code. There is no house keeping if you don't request it with the purpose of being "green." I hope this was a one off experience but I had dropped and broke my makeup compact that morning and it made a mess in the bathroom. I was rushing out so I figured I'd go to the front desk and quickly request the cleaning. Both ladies at the front pestered me for the QR code request and insisted I needed to make the request through the QR code 24 hours before. I had to almost argue and explain I needed the cleaning that day. I never thought it would be that difficult to request day-of house keeping at a hotel. Mind you it was 8am and I didn't care if they came at 3pm. They finally agreed and it was done. Aside from that, everything was great.

Frühstück hervorragend. Frischer Obstsalat, Lachs, Käse in sehr guter Qualität. Auch die sonstige Auswahl war überdurchschnittlich.

No fridge :(

Nicht einmal 24 Stunden vor Reiseantritt habe ich erfahren, dass doch kein Zimmer verfügbar ist. Soll ich sagen zum Glück? Ich wurde stattdessen in Arcotel Donauzentrum untergebracht- Dies ist viel besser als Kaiserwasser!!!! (wie ich aus schon vorherigen Aufenthalten im Kaiserwasser bewerten kann) moderner, neuer und sauberer! Was jedoch eine Frechheit war: ich habe wegen einer Abendveranstaltung und einer Veranstaltung am nächsten Tag Kaiserwasser gebucht gehabt. Beides hat im und beim Hotel stattgefunden. Trotz Nachfrage wurden die zusätzlichen Transportkosten nicht übernommen....

PRO: - Sehr zentral, mit der U-Bahn ist man zu Fuß in 5 Min. in der Innenstadt (1.Bezirk). - Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die rieisig war (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 5 Jahre). Mit einer kleinen Eckküche, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem zweier Sofa und Fernsehen und auch im Schlafzimmer gab es seperat nochmal ein Fernseher. - Das Bad war traumhaft und riesig und beinhaltete sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne. Die Toilette und das Bad waren voneinander getrennt bzw. In zwei seperaten Zimmern, was hervorragend war. - Nicht nur für eine Städtereise, sondern auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Familie top Hotel und top Zimmergröße. - Wir sind erst in der Nacht gegen 02:00 Uhr morgens angekommen. Das Einchecken war Dank dem netten Sezer (Night Manager) kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. - Sehr freundliches Personal - Top Sauberkeit - Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab eine recht gute und ausreichende Auswahl. - Das King-Size-Bett und die Kissen waren sehr gemütlich. CONTRA: - Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Stört jedoch kaum, da die Zimmer eine hervorragende Größe haben und täglich top sauber gemacht wurde. Ein extra Lob an die Reinigungsdamen. - Viel zu hohe Parkgebühren für die hoteleigene Tiefgarage (30€ pro Tag)! - Ich bin ein Kaffeeliebhaber, und leider schmeckte der Kaffee nicht wirklich gut. Kurzgefasst: - Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

La habitación es muy tranquila y silenciosa. El parque aledaño es muy bonito y limpio. Excelente servicio.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la buena conexión con el Metro con el centro de la ciudad. Lo peor es que es una zona mas bien de trabajo y hay pocas opciones para comer o desayunar.

Gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Wien.

I attended a conference at the VIC which was a stone's throw from this hotel. Comfortable, clean, not so far from the airport and perfect for business and leisure travelers. The room was fairly large and could fit in a young family easily.

This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel. Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. Attached to large shopping center with many food outlets. Airport bus stops right infront of hotel. Only caution. No regularly manned chech in desk, and elevators don't need a pass key, so anyone off the street can go to the room floors unchecked. Would stay there again.

An für sich ein sehr schönes Hotel, auch optisch hat uns das Hotel gefallen. Das Frühstückbüffet war auch sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Bar und die Bedienung waren auch nett, die Preise für das Essen fanden wir ein wenig überrissen, weswegen wir es nicht getestet haben. Was uns weniger gefallen hat war, das man an der Rezeption immer warten musste bis ein Mitarbeiter auftaucht, diese verschwinden gerne mal im Hinterzimmer. Und das unser Zimmer für 3 Personen nicht fertig war, als wir abends ankamen. Das 3.te Bett fehlte noch und es waren gar keine Handtücher vorhanden, sodass wir nochmals an der Rezeption warten mussten.

Nettes, modernes Hotel. Gut an die U-Bahn angebunden. Frühstück sehr großzügig und vielfältig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
