Great rooms and amazing rooftop dining! The breakfast buffet was the absolute best I have ever encountered! Within walking distance of several “must see” attractions. A perfect blend of contemporary luxuries in the midst of old world charm.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is perfect. I took my mum for her birthday. The check in staff noticed and arranged a treat. All the staff were great but special mentions to the desk staff and Greg from the hotel bar. The breakfast was great and well worth it. The rooms were very comfortable. Only comment (particularly for British guests) was that the rooms did not have kettles. Not sure if the hotel provides the on request but, if you are like my mum and live on tea, it’s worth taking a travel kettle.

Room was nice, except right above a noisy restaurant... Luckily the noise subsided by midnight on Saturday, and the restaurant was mercifully closed on Sunday. Otherwise, a nice comfortable room, and the staff were friendly.

Et kort opphold, rakk en tur inn til gamle byen og spiste en fantastisk frokost før vi tok gondolen til høyeste topp. Flott hotell, deilig takterrasse med levende musikk og god service!

Beyond EXCELLENT!! This was probably one of the nicest hotels my husband and I have stayed at. The breakfast was simply amazing. So many choices! From fresh bread and fruit, to salmon, eggs, and sausage and countless pastries! Best breakfast from a hotel we ever enjoyed! Please, stay here if you come to Innsbruck!

On the positive side, the location was great, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the staff were friendly. However, we felt this place was overpriced and could not figure out why it was rated highly by others. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The WiFi would not work half the time. The shower got luke warm at best and wouldn't drain well. Seems like they need to put some money into upgrading the facilities and I'm sure when this place was built, it was a great hotel but they don't seem to have kept it up over the past 20 years.
