Hotel was very clean and check in staff very efficient and friendly. The rooms were very clean beds very comfortable as well as the pillows.

The downside at this hotel is that you have to pay for parking and no breakfast. There is a restaurant onsite, a bit pricey.

Staff were great but the hotel is old and needs some care! Our room was loud with old Aircon, an ice machine outside. The shower was awful and I couldn't get hot water in the sink. Overall it's seen better days and the parking should be free. But the staff went above and beyond

I'm in a power wheelchair and I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I found the room was a tight fit and the bed was a too soft king bed and too low, which made it very hard to get out of. The toilet was too low which also made it hard to get off of. If you could have a seat riser available would be a help.Thank you for the great service throughout the hotel. Great hotel and perfect location , walking distance to restaurants and shops , Lobby was great and welcoming , the room was big but the bathroom was compact to say the least , also none of the USB outlets in the room worked , the pool and jacuzzi are outdoors as well .

The hotel is nice but it’s overpriced compared to others in the area. The outdoor pool is nice but it’s a hassle to get to it, no umbrellas or tables. The rooms are also just too small. If it was less expensive it would be fine. For the price however I was expecting more. I actually ended up leaving as well and going to the sandman beacuse the beds where uncomfortable and the room too small with a child

Staff were great but the hotel is old and needs some care! Our room was loud with old Aircon, an ice machine outside. The shower was awful and I couldn't get hot water in the sink. Overall it's seen better days and the parking should be free. But the staff went above and beyond
