What a great spot. Great rooms so clean, cozy and staff was so great checking in. I will definitely be back. Loved the warm cookie at check in And the parking was easy and close. Walked to dinner a few blocks away too!

I liked the fact that they changed my room after a cleanliness issue. Maybe a supervisor should inspect the rooms before guests arrive to avoid the inconveniences. Overall we had a good experience and stay.

Amazing. The front desk staff was able to accommodate an early check in for me with my dog. I was there because my husband was having surgery and this reduced my stress immensely! Also, the food at the restaurant in the lobby, was amazing! The best salsa I have ever had!

The bathroom door in our room was so close to the toilet you had to almost straddle the toilet to get in the bathroom. Not a good setup. Was like being in an RV bathroom. The dining room experience was terribly.

Dining option was disappointing. Breakfast was burnt not over cooked straight up burnt.
The room was spacious and clean but we were abruptly woken up to the elevator being fixed with no warning. I understand that the second elevator needs to be worked on but we were given no warning and were in the room right behind it
On top of all of that we were still charged for parking at $14 a day

I did not like the unknown policy of having to give notice if a guest decides to shorten their stay (in my case, although I told the hotel well before the check out time that I was leaving I had to pay for an additional night that I would not be in the hotel because apparently there is a requirement for prior notice.

We cut short our stay due to the Very noisy air conditioning (our room AC was switched off ).
24hr a day the hotel AC made a high pitch noise
in our room. We tried to change room but the other one offered was the same. Staff said it was due to it being an old building. We decided to cancel our 2nd night but was refused a refund.
Continental breakfast consisted of fruit and cream, a hard pastry and a choc muffin ! Not great. Def not the standard expected in a
Hilton.

Dated hotel with a horrible pool and fitnescenter. Its just depressing and needs serious update.
Pool is just not worth mentioning as it is in such a aged, uncared condition.
Staff was very friendly though!!! You make up the place!!!
