Parking was tight for larger vehicles and the downtown area clearly homes many who are struggling making it unpleasant to go anywhere on foot with young children.

The downside at this hotel is that you have to pay for parking and no breakfast. There is a restaurant onsite, a bit pricey.

Easy communication and clean.

Staff were great but the hotel is old and needs some care! Our room was loud with old Aircon, an ice machine outside. The shower was awful and I couldn't get hot water in the sink. Overall it's seen better days and the parking should be free. But the staff went above and beyond

Night staff wasnt helpful with the noise complaints ive made, there was a party in the room next to mine and went on till 4am

Everthing was great except there no ac in rooms

We felt it was very basic for the price. Nothing special.

I'm in a power wheelchair and I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I found the room was a tight fit and the bed was a too soft king bed and too low, which made it very hard to get out of. The toilet was too low which also made it hard to get off of. If you could have a seat riser available would be a help.Thank you for the great service throughout the hotel. Great stay, friendly staff and nice room, the area of down town is a little less than desirable.

The hotel is nicely appointed. The staff needs to be more efficient.

We have to pay extra for parking that should have been free for coustomers paying prime room prices.

Great hotel and perfect location , walking distance to restaurants and shops , Lobby was great and welcoming , the room was big but the bathroom was compact to say the least , also none of the USB outlets in the room worked , the pool and jacuzzi are outdoors as well .

The hotel is nice but it’s overpriced compared to others in the area. The outdoor pool is nice but it’s a hassle to get to it, no umbrellas or tables. The rooms are also just too small. If it was less expensive it would be fine. For the price however I was expecting more. I actually ended up leaving as well and going to the sandman beacuse the beds where uncomfortable and the room too small with a child
