The Christmas tree, Santa & reindeer decoration in the main lobby was really nice. Also, the delicious cookies on our arrival was an extra nice welcome to our hotel. We had a cozy, quiet stay.

Would recommend as a good option to book in Kamloops. Will stay again.

The pool and the hot tub were closed during out stay and we were not notified. I booked the hotel mainly because of these amenities as my family was looking forward to using them. Very disappointing!

A nice hotel in Kamloops compared to other hotels in the same budget in the area.

I was saddened to learn there was no microwave in the room AND breakfast was not included. At the rate they were charging, that left me in a tough spot. The room was smaller than I expected, though we did like the pillows

Parking was tight for larger vehicles and the downtown area clearly homes many who are struggling making it unpleasant to go anywhere on foot with young children.

The downside at this hotel is that you have to pay for parking and no breakfast. There is a restaurant onsite, a bit pricey.

Staff were great but the hotel is old and needs some care! Our room was loud with old Aircon, an ice machine outside. The shower was awful and I couldn't get hot water in the sink. Overall it's seen better days and the parking should be free. But the staff went above and beyond
