The property conditions appeared to be quite old and low maintained for the price. Staff however was very helpful and friendly.

I just feel comfortable at Marriott Hotels

Our stay was an absolutely horrible and disappointing experience. We paid nearly $200 to stay, when you book a hotel you expect to sleep. There was a domestic dispute across the hall between 1-6am, with the police knocking multiple times to ask us for statements. We needed to call the front desk and 911 multiple times. There was NOT ONE security guard, staff or managers in sight and did not respond to the incident. Thank god the police took this domestic violence matter seriously because 4 Points Sheridan Calgary Airport Hotel doesn’t take DV seriously. As a result my partner and I were unable to sleep the entire night. This hotels lack of seriousness was shocking and disturbing. When we went to check out and expressed our evening we were completely ignored. “It’s not there problem”. The hotel and front desk said word for word “we did what we could last night but there’s nothing we can do for you.” Not an apology, extending no compensation, the front desk lady wouldn’t get a manager to speak to us.

Just a quick 8 hour sleep at the property due to bad road conditions so I don't have much input. However, the room and property were clean and staff was friendly

Usually impossible to find parking. Especially on wknds when they have events.

The room was really clean. We felt comfortable in the room and super nice that the pool was open till 11pm!

The rooms were very spacious and very nice. Beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Only negative was peopke in the room across were yelling and fighting at 3:30am.. not great for trying sleep. The police did come and dealt eith them I would definitely stay here again

Pictures of this property are deceiving. It's definitely not as modern and renovated as portrayed on-line. Reception area is "cozy", room amenities are lacking and front desk needs more training. As a Marriot Bonvoy member, i was quite disappointed

Convenient location, service non-existent. Check out, received a “yep” as I said thank you. No inquiry on stay or offer to print/send bill. Restaurant-signage instructed to seat yourself, but sat for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Server saw answering phone as more of a priority? Sheets old, worn and pilly. Low quality. Towels threadbare and should be replaced. Overall not up to 4 Points standards.
