Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport

Great hotel. Clean, quiet, and vet friendly staff and check in was simple. Only negative is limited and tight parking.

Check in was great. The rooms are pretty dated, and you have to use floor thermostat, not the one on the wall. I am a bonvoy member and travel quite frequently for work, but this is my first time at the four points. I usually stay at one of the other hotels in the same parking lot. I forgot to pack toothpaste in my carry on, and requested a dental kit on the app to my room. After an hour I started a chat with the hotel advising I didn’t need the entire kit, just toothpaste and I can come to the lobby if need be. They said, no, they were just busy with other customers and have it up asap. 45 minutes passed and I got a chat asking if I’ve received it. I said no, not yet, and they marked the service as completed. As it was already 10 pm, I took the loss, and went to bed. Never delivered. I have never had an issue using the chat before for services at other bonvoy hotels. Upon check out I mentioned this, and they offered me the toothpaste on the spot which is redundant as I’m checking out. Will likely not stay here again.

Room was very dated. Mattress old and hard. Restaurant in hotel had limited menu and not very tasty. Now I know why the price was low compared to other hotels nearby.

Staff were very friendly and apologetic when I voiced my concerns during my stay. The hot tub was visibly dirty, the access to the parkade was not visible making us think the doors didn’t work when we tried to park our vehicle there, requested for our food delivery to be brought straight to our room but they wouldn’t permit it. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean.

The hotel condition is old and need renovation and upgrades. Picture doesn't match room conditions. I rather stay in a motel.

The hot tub needed to be cleaned there was film build up and the steam room wasn’t working. We had to change hotel rooms in the middle of the night because a vent fell out of the roof. The second room had staining on the floor and some of the door. The beds were super comfortable and the access around was great.

Very warm staff, the cleanliness of the unit, we feel safe comfortable and relaxing.

I booked three rooms and stayed with my family, including children. Overall, the stay was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I was surprised to be charged $25 per TV, which I found unusual, especially since we had kids and had no other choice but to use it. It would be helpful if this fee was mentioned clearly in advance. Other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

The check was very fast and staff provided all the information needed. The first impression of the hotel was that it was very clean and calm

Small particles on the carpets needed hoovering. The room phone was dead. This was reported however no action took place for two days; and it was never corrected till departure.
