Good location

Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee was very good and came in handy several times. Reasonable rates and close enough to the airport to make it convenient. Also had a free shuttle service to the airport if you needed it. Pool and hot tub were out of service but we were able to use the Elements pool and hot tub right next door until theirs was available. Liked having the restaurant and bar on sight. We had a nice dinner there as we were tired from driving. Overall a good experience and enjoyable stay.

The room was exactly what expected. The breakfast was very good.

Like: 1. Clean room, comfortable beds! 2. Hot tub, sauna and pool (when working) 3. Breakfast on the first day (3 warm pancakes). 4. Staff was helpful with questions about airport shuttle and hot tub not working. 5. Had decent to sized towels at pool on day one. Dislike: 1. Breakfast overall and especially on second day. Booked here because it was advertised as a buffet breakfast included but was a set meal. Requested the set meal with pancakes (as shown on menu) provided a single cold pancake. 2. Hot tub not working. Pool half emptied. Dry sauna not heating. 3. Removed all decent sized towel and provided very small towels that barely covered body. 4. No one seemed to know what was going on with hot tub or pool. (But did try to figure out with other staff promptly) 5. Ants inside by the pool.

Stayed for a night and hotel was great but there were few issues. First and major issue was that the body lotion was EXPIRED three months back and this unfortunately we found out after using it twice but glad it didnt cause any harm to our skin. Second, both the coffee machine and ironing board had awful stains. Did not expect this from a hotel with such high standards. After I reported to frontdesk about these issues, they did email to managers but they did not bother to contact me back so not a great experience

The spacious room was beautiful and clean! The bed was awesome and comfortable! The bathroom was large and well equipped with all the necessary toiletries! We even received complimentary drinks at the restaurant.

It was a quick and short overnight stay and I didnt require or use anything much more than the bed but all was good and in order.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Did not take advantage of the on site restaurant, but the food smelled great.

I believe the dinner restaurant had given me food positioning but the actual stay was good

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds! Clean, underground parking is fabulous.

The hotel could be better maintained, and cleaned. There was a water leakage on our floor during the whole stay and they used greasy disgusting buckets to retain the water. The hallway carpet was soaked wet the whole time. You could tell the bathroom floor and the floor at the entrance has not been moped in a long time. Dated beddings and the list goes on. The staff are super friendly that's why I gave it a 3 stars otherwise it would have been 2.
