Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport

The front desk staff were very friendly, and parking was convenient. The room was comfortable, and my children really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. It seemed like the hotel was fully booked during our stay, and the breakfast restaurant was extremely crowded. There were no plates available, no seating, and the staff looked very tired and were not particularly friendly. No one was cleaning the tables after guests left, and some of the cutlery was served with red stains that had not been properly washed. The toaster was broken, so it was impossible to toast bread, and there was very little food available. When I tried to get more bacon, the staff member cooking it was quite rude. In short, breakfast was complete chaos. Aside from the breakfast experience, the hotel itself was satisfactory.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Did not take advantage of the on site restaurant, but the food smelled great.

I believe the dinner restaurant had given me food positioning but the actual stay was good

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds! Clean, underground parking is fabulous.

The hotel could be better maintained, and cleaned. There was a water leakage on our floor during the whole stay and they used greasy disgusting buckets to retain the water. The hallway carpet was soaked wet the whole time. You could tell the bathroom floor and the floor at the entrance has not been moped in a long time. Dated beddings and the list goes on. The staff are super friendly that's why I gave it a 3 stars otherwise it would have been 2.

The hotel was very good and conveniently located. Enjoyed my stay very much.

The rooms were large and looked fresh and recently renovated. The 1 issue we had was parking. There was none. We were in a line of people who all had the same problem. The manager gave her spot to one angry customer. No idea where she parked. Part of the problem was that wider vehicles, such as trucks and SUV's, couldn't fit into the parking spots as provided. Therefore, they would take up 1 1/2 spaces. So the front desk just kept saying, "check the underground parade. There should be 12 spaces available." That was not based on actual spots, it was simply a tally of vehicles parked vs spots available. There were actually 0 spots available, unless you were riding a motorcycle. They sent some people over to an adjacent parking lot, which also had 0 spots available. It took over an hour for us to find something to squeeze into. We were dangerously close to scraping our rental.

Plane cancelled in Toronto until next day And no proactive actions to cancel hotel room or change my reservation for a later date Absolutely no understanding of what I would call a common occurrence in the industry Just poor hotel policy

Clean room

It was good but main floor was very hot and restaurant was unbearable . Our AC was very loud and leaking water from heavy rains and wind. Was overall good stay though.

Staff is very polite. Shuttle to airport is helpful. Furniture and carpet are very old and in need of desperate change. Ok to sleep over for a night before early morning flight.

1.This property had a safe in the room that was attached to nothing. Someone could have just picked up the safe and walked out. Not secured to anything so, pretty much useless.

The hotel quality is good, but the surroundings are not that great. Overall, the stay was good.
