The front desk staff were very friendly, and parking was convenient. The room was comfortable, and my children really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. It seemed like the hotel was fully booked during our stay, and the breakfast restaurant was extremely crowded. There were no plates available, no seating, and the staff looked very tired and were not particularly friendly. No one was cleaning the tables after guests left, and some of the cutlery was served with red stains that had not been properly washed. The toaster was broken, so it was impossible to toast bread, and there was very little food available. When I tried to get more bacon, the staff member cooking it was quite rude. In short, breakfast was complete chaos. Aside from the breakfast experience, the hotel itself was satisfactory.

Comfortable beds and pillows, large comfortable room, front desk staff personable and friendly. The restaurant is under renovation therefore no restaurant open in the property. There is a very close restaurant across the parking lot. Underground parking much appreciated due to winter conditions. Very close to malls and grocery store within 5 minutes drive. And walking distance to medical clinic TotalCardiology.

Friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed!

No restaurant, no bar, no breakfast, hot tub not working. Snow and ice in front of hotel not removed. This hotel certainly does not deserve 4 stars.

The room was nice and was clean, but the bed was horrible. I could feel the springs in it. There was no fitted sheet also was annoying. Definitely was expecting a lot more of the stay and the staff is really snobby and rude, front desk and housekeeping.

Only stayed here because they have a restaurant/Lounge that turned out to be closed for renos. Toilet constantly running asked for it to be repaired only to have it started running again the next night. Otherwise everything else was minor inconveniences from cleaning only partially completed to tv remote not working, garbage cans left with garbage, coffee not refilled without having to ask. After finding the lounge not open during stay all the minor inadequacies compounded to become nuisances but enough for me to choose elsewhere next time

Reception was good! Room was clean. Waste baskets not lined with plastic bag. Has to request for bath robes. Bed was not covered with fitted sheet.

Breakfast was included however when I checked in was advised that the restaurant was closed so we would have to go to a hotel across the parking lot. The seating was very limited considering 2 hotels were eating breakfast there. Had to eat at a table in the linnet after finding someone to clean a table. They cleared dishes and wiped it with a dry cloth no cleaner etc. the buffet was very limited with roasted potatoes and scrambled eggs as the only hot item. You had to wait though for those items as they brought out a small bowl and after a few people taking food portions you would have to wait again. Another example croissants they would put 6 on the buffet then 10 min later another 6 after people were asking for me. Bacon was at a different part by the bar and not on the buffet and you had to ask for bacon and a person gave you 2 pieces on a plate. Guarded like it was cold. As a 50 year old adult and travelling with 5 others we all felt like we had to beg for food. We chose to not eat at the buffet our other 2 days. We would rather pay for our food as the free breakfast was not worth it. At check-in. I stated I was travelling with another family and gave their name. I asked if it was possible to have our rooms close by. We booked the same type of room. The employee checked and stated it was possible and said our rooms would be side by side and adjusted what she needed to. When our friend. Checked in they were now given a room on a different floor not by us.

The Sheraton was great. The breakfast was completely empty…no forks, despite there being numerous staff members there was no food and no beverages…everything was bare. Very disappointed in paying extra for breakfast that we didn’t get.

Was of my best stays at a hotel

Kids ran through the halls knocked on doors parents of said children partied for hours at hot tub w no care others wanted to use it

We booked a king bed but when we got there they told us that only two queens rooms were available.

Just one night passing through...

All good. Room nice, staff nice and helpful.

Clean. Friendly staff. Comfy. Great price.
