This property is very disappointing. Started off by having to wait to be checked in, 2 staff members putting coffee in the machine while 4 of us were waiting to be checked in at the front desk. Walked into our room and there was garbage on the floor and a blood stain on the bed sheet. The room was in very rough shape, carpet coming up, grout around toilet and tub is gross and the walls are all scuffed up with a few holes in them. Also rotten fruit was served as fresh fruit. Instead of staying for 4 days we had to leave after 2 because we were so disgusted by everything!

We arrived very late in the night 01.45 am, due to lots of delays. Ask at the desk to get a room near by, as we had a lot of luggage, and we are older people. But instead we have got a room upstairs that couldn‘t be mor far and we even had to climb stairs with all our luggage. Since I asked for a nearby room already when we spend our first night, we really were disappointed that there was nothing done to help us. The free breakfeast is not inviting, plastic cuttlery and it is only available until 09.00 am. Nothing for people who arrive late like us and needed a breakfast to be open until 10.00 or later We come to this hotel for many many years, but it used to be a lot better and more friendly Personal, under the name Quality Inn. Now it became crazy expensive but the service dis not increase with the price.

No heat on arrival, it took 3-4 hours for the room to get to a comfortable temperature. Coffee maker didn't work. Bathroom sink leaked. When i told staff of the issues she thanked me for the info but showed no concern, seemed to not care.

Constructive Feedback: 1. Shower was dry in Room 158- no water. Brought it up to the receptionist, and with a smirky smile she said “I’ll write it down” (I’m guessing she meant she would make a note for addressing/fixing), no apology. 2. Poor customer service from the initial encounter- attendants appeared fatigued, obviously lacking customer service skills. Later, called reception but received no answer. 3. Shuttle leaves 15min to and 15mins after the hour. Today, it was 0522 and still no shuttle. Eventually, the vehicle showed up filling up quick. And bc it is a first-come first-served service, some people were almost left behind (luckily, I believe, the hotel drove remaining passengers in a private car to airport). 4. Overall, a poor lodging experience. Hotel is a bit run down. Carpet kinda dirty/not vacuumed. Some pillows smelled not fresh. 5. Long-term parkade chaotic, felt more like a junk yard Positive Feedback: 1. Complimentary parking In short, will not stay at this hotel again
