When I checked in, after a long flight, there was only one girl on desk. There were several people in live ahead of me and even though the girl was excellent she couldn’t rush any faster. I was at lease 10 minutes standing there with my luggage before another lady came out of the office to help.

Parking is very easy. Hotel is older but clean. Continental breakfast could definitely be improved upon, was unfortunately minimal and not great. They do have breakfast items on their menu to order, but unfortunately there was no kitchen staff to prepare. Their lunch and dinner menu has lots to choose from, large portions and very well done. All staff were very friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay, and will be back.

The carpet was ripped throughout the hotel and in our room, there were scuffs all over the walls, a bloody Qtip on the floor of our room and mold in the corners of the bathroom. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the shuttle service to the airport was great! Probably will not stay there again as I expected better at $160/ night

Room was fine and bed comfortable but the issue was the shuttle that did not show up at the times it was supposed to. Was downstairs at 4h45am to make the 5h15am however, one came and left at 5h05am - FULL! The person at the desk said it was busy and so there would be another in 20 min however there was not one until 5h50am. Waited essentially outside for nearly one hour!
