I had some issues with my booking and the manager on site was so professional and supportive! It was resolved very quickly. Also, view from my room was fantastic and location was super convenient.

The location was great. We had a view of the parliament building and the fountain. We walked to the beautiful pier. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever experienced. This will sound strange, but the one thing I will always remember is they had the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a long quest for the perfect cup. So in the words of Elf “Congratulations you did it!”

What a stunning view, and the pool was a lovely feature to have. Hilton was placed in an excellent spot for us since it’s just on the outskirts of the old town.

Amazing location and the view from my room into Old Quebec was marvelous. Actually made the stay very special. Hotel has all amenities you need including a fully stocked grab and go snack bar with pastries, salads and sandwiches, fruity, if you want to grab something quick or to take to room. Valet worked well and convenient.
Very large hotel and lobby so can get crowded and loud as groups come and go so if you are looking for an intimate stay this is not it. But definitely the Hilton consistency is there: great comfortable bedding; clean rooms, efficient service.
