I stayed at Hilton Quebec for a brief visit, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic — right in downtown Québec City, within walking distance of Old Québec and major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered nice city views.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. While I didn’t have time to fully explore all the amenities, the hotel seemed well-maintained and convenient for a short stay.
If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with comfortable rooms for a quick visit, Hilton Quebec is a solid choice.

They created a magical Christmas experience for us. The heated pool was amazing!

The hotel was easy to locate in dark winter hours. Staff were very friendly, room was very clean. Outdoor pool was very enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was also excellent. The walk to the old city was not long, even in colder weather. We were also nearby to the skating rink and part of the German market. I would stay here again

Room was great, staff was not helpful at the restaurant at all. My meal was cold and I expressed that to two servers, and they both ignored it and charged me for the full meal. One of them took my cold grilled octopus back. They threw it on the grill put it back on the same plate and brought it out. Definitely not Hilton standard.

Massage was great. Outdoor heated pool was fantastic. Sauna was lovely. Front desk great. Games room was perfect for adults; pool, ping pong, vintage 80s arcade games, no crazy kids running around. Lobby bar drinks and service was excellent. Only thing bad to say was an alarm clock in the empty next door room that went off forever at 6AM. Not hotels fault but maybe that should be something hiusekeeping checks….

Quiet, elegant, great breakfast, excellent service, rooms with a view and convenient location means its a few steps away from Old Quebec.
Definitely would stay again and highly recommended.
