Comfortable room and great AC! Also appreciated how the staff accommodated my room preference request. Friendly staff annd great experiences anijt them overall. Only issue is that elevators can have long wait times (10+ minutes), so plan ahead for busy times.

It’s very close to the old town and tourist attractions, just a short walk away. (However it’s a bit of a pity that when we check into the room, the trash wasn’t cleaned properly.)

总共四晚！第一天停水， 之后每次使用水之前，都要开阀门流通一分钟过后，因为很多沙土在管道！ 第二天遇到员工罢工，没有clean room service! 总之对我们这旅行造成了严重的损失

The room was very clean and reception were very niece and helpful .

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at the Hilton Quebec was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others.From the moment we arrived, the service was cold and unwelcoming. The valet staff was impatient and rude. Front desk staff seemed annoyed rather than helpful, and basic requests felt like an inconvenience. For a hotel that brands itself as upscale, the customer service was shockingly poor. The room itself was outdated and poorly maintained. Worn furniture, visible wear and tear, and cleanliness that was far below Hilton standards. The bathroom was especially disappointing — not properly cleaned and clearly overdue for a refresh. Definitely not what you expect for the price. Noise was another major issue. Thin walls and constant hallway noise made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Add that to uncomfortable bedding, and rest was out of the question. Overall, this hotel relies heavily on the Hilton name and its location, but fails in almost every other area. For the cost, you can find far better accommodations in Quebec City with cleaner rooms, better service, and a much more pleasant experience. I would not stay here again.

L'hôtel était parfait mais nous avons dû écourter notre séjour d'une nuit à cause des conditions météorologiques et pas de possibilité de remboursement de la dernière nuit.

Great clean room and easy walk to old town. Only issue was even though they had a room available for early check the still insisted on charging $50.00 extra to get in before 4:00pm.

Hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec de bon produits, un peu élevé en tarif par rapport à la qualité. ( il y a que du café américain, pas de café expresso, idem pour le thé, juste du breakfast thé anglais….). Hormis le personnel de la réception, tout le monde est agréable et prévenant. Bien mais pas exceptionnel.

Our check in was delayed because our rooms were not ready. Otherwise, the place is excellent and very well located.
