Comfortable room and great AC! Also appreciated how the staff accommodated my room preference request. Friendly staff annd great experiences anijt them overall. Only issue is that elevators can have long wait times (10+ minutes), so plan ahead for busy times.

It’s very close to the old town and tourist attractions, just a short walk away. (However it’s a bit of a pity that when we check into the room, the trash wasn’t cleaned properly.)

总共四晚！第一天停水， 之后每次使用水之前，都要开阀门流通一分钟过后，因为很多沙土在管道！ 第二天遇到员工罢工，没有clean room service! 总之对我们这旅行造成了严重的损失

Excellent views of parliament and park. Easy access to old section of city. Staff was very helpful, particularly front desk.

Great one night stay. Spacious clean modern room. 10 minute walk to main shopping / restaurant street.

Chambre impeccable, personnel courtois et serviable. Lit et oreillers confortables. Mon mari et moi avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Too many groups. Wewere there as a couple n our room n all the services, restaurant etc were great. But going thru the lobby when all the cruise people n group tours were checking in n congregating was overwhelming n very off putting. If we come to Quebec again, we will stay in a more low key BnB type place in Old Town. However - ur staff were very nice n welcoming n friendly, cheers to them!!!

Highly recommend. Fantastic location, walkable to all the sites. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom shower was leaking. We tried to call front desk but they said to wait until the next morning @8am. ☹️

Easy walking distance to old Quebec City. The pool was being painted on the 2nd day I arrived so I could only use it the one day. The pool was nicely heated so even though it was cool day it was beautiful.

Another great stay at this location. I checked back a day before on Expedia and saw a much reduced rate. I cancelled the room I had reserved months previously, rebooked the same room, and saved almost half the room rate. Pays to check back as reservation date approaches if you have the cancellation eligible option.
