We spent two nights at the hotel. It was near Old Quebec so it was easy to walk and explore the city as everything was closed walking distance. My family enjoy the heated pool.

Comfortable room and great AC! Also appreciated how the staff accommodated my room preference request. Friendly staff annd great experiences anijt them overall. Only issue is that elevators can have long wait times (10+ minutes), so plan ahead for busy times.

It’s very close to the old town and tourist attractions, just a short walk away. (However it’s a bit of a pity that when we check into the room, the trash wasn’t cleaned properly.)

总共四晚！第一天停水， 之后每次使用水之前，都要开阀门流通一分钟过后，因为很多沙土在管道！ 第二天遇到员工罢工，没有clean room service! 总之对我们这旅行造成了严重的损失

Just because we booked online doesn't mean we get the worst floor. I don't know what the view from the 3rd floor is like. They don't proactively provide toothbrushes, slippers, or bottled water.
