Excellent 9.5/10. First of all, location's great & price is pretty good! Just a 5 min walk coming off Canada Line from YVR airport. Room's clean & convenient with a sink. Shared washrooms on the hallway are actually independent ones with doors & locks like the ones in your house. If occupied, one may simple go use the ones on other floors. The cleaning lady & the staff at the counter were extremely friendly & the streets were safe too. IGA, a supermarket chain, is just a 3 min walk away. There are also McDonalds, Popeyes, pizzeria, gelateria & various restaurants nearby. Another train station, Stadium-Chinatown is also nearby if one wishes to go East. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

A good price for downtown Vancouver. A block away from BC place and Rogers arena. Options ranging from shared bathrooms to private. Will stay next time I am in Vancouver.

The staff at the front desk were all very helpful, and knew the local community well. Rooms are small, but good value because t6he rates are very reasonable. And the hotel is close to downtown, Chinatown, and a Skytrain station.

I reserved private bathroom, it is not private you share a bathroom with your neighbour who walked in on me lol yes to my room. I didn’t like sharing a bathroom. Otherwise the room is decent, and very close to Rogers Arena, so location is why I chose this hotel.

Absolutely love our room on the 11th floor! Love the view and the staff ( blonde hair lady ) was an absolute gem. Love staying here over anywhere else as this is my 20th stay here!

The facility was clean and staff were friendly. They could have offered even a small box of kleenex, but none. The aircon was so noisy which contributed to not having a good sleep plus the next door’s slamming of doors added to that.

Rooms were clean and updated, but we were NOT told that some rooms have shared bathrooms with the person next to you. Wasn’t aware till we went to check in, so I asked to upgrade to a new room with its own bathroom. But it cost an extra $220 + taxes. It should be listed that they are putting you in a room that shares a bathroom. Not happy about that.
