Inicialmente, no check in, houve um pequeno desconhecimento acerca da reserva que já estava paga, motivo pelo qual foi feita a prévia cobrança do valor da diária no meu cartão de crédito. Assim que percebi a cobrança relatei que havia pago pelo aplicativo e após a confirmação foi efetuado o cancelamento. Logo após entrar no quarto vi que tb não haviam observado os pedidos que sempre faço na reserva: andar alto e longe de elevadores e áreas de serviço. Estava na frente dos elevadores e no 7o andar. Na volta do jantar resolvi falar com a recepção que tinha ficado decepcionada, pq não atenderam nenhuma das solicitações e, muito atenciosamente perguntaram se eu queria mudar de quarto e aí sim, não tenho nada a reclamar. A recepção tb foi muito atenciosa em tentar falar com o serviço de táxi do aeroporto e me ajudou a confirmar o retorno para o aeroporto e o horário. Parabéns ao Juan pelo excelente serviço!!!

I have stayed at a couple of places in Santiago. This is my pick. I am a Hilton Honours member so I can only speak to my experience with that in mind. My room was spankingly clean, and they replenished drinking water every day. The breakfast was really good, heaps of options including lovely fresh fruit and juices, good hot selections. Staff were for the most part really helpful and courteous. The bed and pillows were LOVELY. Room service menu was a bit limited but still some solid options. As a solo female traveller I particularly liked the extra security on the door, with an internal lock and keyhole. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and would definitely stay here again next time I am in Santiago.

Muy buen hotel, con habitación cómoda y limpia. Gran desayuno y muy buena conexión wifi y gimnasio (disponible las 24h). También la localización, en la zona moderna de Santiago. Copa de bienvenida y galleta (bonitos detalles). El único problema fue una obra la noche que entraba. Hubiera deseado una habitación al otro lado del hotel

I stayed for 3 nights in winter. The hotel is well located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. The personnel was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend.

Me hospedei por 5 dias e tive uma ótima experiência. O quarto era bastante grande, com bom aquecimento, garantindo muito conforto durante a estadia. A localização é excelente, meu quarto tinha vista ao Costanera Center, próximo a diversos comércios, restaurantes e também ao metrô.
