The hotel here was my favorite great location I really enjoyed my time in Santiago Chile

Staff at this site are friendly and accommodating; location is busy and convenient to restaurants and transportation. Rooms comfortable, ample, and quiet.

I have stayed at a couple of places in Santiago. This is my pick. I am a Hilton Honours member so I can only speak to my experience with that in mind. My room was spankingly clean, and they replenished drinking water every day. The breakfast was really good, heaps of options including lovely fresh fruit and juices, good hot selections. Staff were for the most part really helpful and courteous. The bed and pillows were LOVELY. Room service menu was a bit limited but still some solid options. As a solo female traveller I particularly liked the extra security on the door, with an internal lock and keyhole. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and would definitely stay here again next time I am in Santiago.

All good no problemas

I stayed for 3 nights in winter. The hotel is well located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. The personnel was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend.

There is some smell to close toilet in bathroom due to leaking water from toilet.

I had a lovely 3 nights stay at this wonderful hotel!! If ever I’m back in the area, I will definitely stay here again!

i love location close to everything, breakfast is very good bed a little soft , better cleaning like the remote was dirty....

All was good with the stay until I had to check out. They said I owed extra for a dinner I did not take in their restaurant. This was their mistake, but the front desk guy asked me to prove I paid showing him the receipt. It was 5am in the morning and my taxi was waiting outside, this was unacceptable, they should check their records first and trust their clients.

My stay was fine as I had no issues. I was happy that the desk clerks spoke fluent English which made the process easy.

Excellent location A bit rundown & tired hotel Very good service from reception staff and housekeeping But the show, toilet plumbing was terrible. Shower pressure was awful, changed hot and cold all the time Unfortunately that’s a deal breaker for me. So I would not go back and stay there again

Overall, it is a good place. Friendly staff and clean room. The food was overrated and pricy. The hotel is close to the mall in downtown.

Had a nice time. 1st time at a Double Tree that had doormen! They were very helpful in giving instructions.
