2回めの利用。前回と違って狭い部屋にしたら、シャワーしかなくてガッカリ。 また建物の内側に面していて部屋の窓からの景色は見られたものではなかった。 わかっていて、選べたら、外側向きの部屋にしたのに。 あとレセプションがないのに、現地払いにしてしまったら、入室の際のPINの連絡が来なくて慌てた。現地払いは選べなくした方がよいのでは？ 他は前回同様とてもよかった。

Very central location… No frills but functional and stylish in its own way… Organising a way that guests can be self-sufficient…

Excellent emplacement, confort et propreté parfaits. Chambre avec équipement pour déjeuner et, le plus, partenariat avec la viennoiserie au pied de l'hotel. Les contacts avec le staff par WhatsApp sont parfaitement operationnels et répondent à toutes questions. Station de l'Elysabeth line à 2 pas.

TV had all digital channels and BBC i Managed to get shower a water at suitable temperature Couldn't get coffee machine to work

Really enjoyed our stay at Numa. It was clean and the rooms were well-equipped. When we needed help with something Moritz and team were really helpful and sorted it out quickly.

Clean and neat. Excellent access to train stations, bus stops, and Tourist’s spots including Theater districts and many of the iconic landmarks. A lot quieter than the busy areas making the location perfect place to stay.

Very good location

The water in a sink and the shower booth in the bathroom didn’t drain as quickly as it should. It seemed clogged and the water only slow went down. It felt so uncomfortable and inconvenient. Also the room I stayed (203) was so cold even I turn on the AC to the highest. The location was super convenient and easy to access.

Staff was super friendly and kind. The room was great, comfy and quiet. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Good location, large enough room for London, value for money! Well renovated! Since its concept is contactless, there’s not much of human services that can be found and the provided info is somewhat vague so that we need to talk to the ai chat first which will be redirected to a person, in a while. Minus factors: - no cleaning for a week, though the toilet started smelling on my 2nd day (meaning the previous cleaning wasn’t dine properly?) and also found dried food remains on the table. - facility maintenance: blinder string needs fixing stuck at some point and cannot be opened -shower curtain: doesnot reach the floor and easily flood! Urrrgh!

Denne flotte familiesuiten ligger i toppetasjen med utgang til en fin uteplass. Gode senger. Flott bad. Rent og pent. Sentral beliggenhet. Ingen kokemuligheter i leiligheten, men et greit kjøleskap. Man får 30% rabatt på en god frokost (varmt/kaldt) i bakeriet next door. Enjoy!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel for numerous reasons which I will list below. The most concerning reason was I reserved the hotel almost 5 months prior to when I was going to be in London and the day I was supposed to check in they emailed me stating there was an issue and degraded me to a significantly smaller room. In August, I reserved the XL studio with a king bed, sofa bed, and chair with a shared terrace for my stay at the end of December. Because I had booked a room with a terrace, we made plans to sit out there for New Year’s Eve and watch the fireworks. The morning I was supposed to check in, they emailed me there was a technical issue and had to degrade me to a “medium room” which was barely big enough for one person, never mind two people. When they emailed me I was just starting an 8.5hour plane ride and was not contacted any other way about my new room assignment. We did not have any kind of sofa or chair. All there was is a bathroom and bed. If that was the case, their prices should be considerably cheaper. The heater stayed on even after we turned it off. It was roughly 40°F during our stay and we wound up sleeping with the window open every night because the heat was unbearable in the room. The “virtual” assistance I received makes the whole experience very impersonable and if there are any issues, it takes much longer to resolve the issue. We were awoken every night between 3am - 4am from someone above us causing loud thumps and bangs.

This was a very pleasant place to stay at. I got a smaller room since I was a solo traveler but it was a perfect size for me. Not too small or cramped. There is a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance and a train station is only about a 6 min walk away. I also felt safe in the area and I liked the security details of the property. 10/10 would recommend.

I liked nearly everything about the property. Self-check-in was flawless and so easy. The room was small but it was advertised as a "small room". The room had everything you could ask for, except a microwave oven.

Awesome location, close to Oxford Circus. Restaurant/bar available within the building, and great discount for breakfast @Gail's just next to it. Room cozy, small but with everything you need, nice bathroom. I highly recommend
