Quiet and clean rooms. Didn’t use the Wi-Fi. Nice powerful shower. Tv good. Overall a great place to stop overnight.

Rooms were very good with great beds etc the 1 thing that put us back was the £50 per room deposit (as business travellers we had 2 separate rooms making it £100 they put on hold from your bank) you do get the money back after on average a week and I would stay here again if working in the area

Staff were very good in guiding me to a parking space.
Staff were very welcoming
Room was a little too warm when we arrived.
Generally very clean but bathroom looking a little tired.
Mattress was too soft for me and sagging Ion the centre.
I suggested to reception staff it should be replaced

The hotel was warm and clean. The parking is convenient. It’s very close to the centre. Staff have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s good for short stays

Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and warm. The location is central. The discount for parking in the public car park rather than the hotel car park was very reasonable. The car park was just as close as the hotel car park but with lots more space.

The hotel was well suited for our short trip. The train station was within walking distance and you were in the centre of London within 45 minutes. The hotel was fine for the price.

It was terrible as it was meant to be a king size bed, honestly you kept pushing the 2 beds together as they were coming apart, the walls were plaster board as you could hear the party on the otherside's conversation, children running all over the place making noise that you could not sleep, the floors were creeking from the bedroom to the bathroom, you could hear the couple upstairs as the ceiling was very low. So overall a terrible experience, i would not go there again or advise anyone to stay there.

Our room was on ground floor with uncomfortable beds and noisy.
With respect to breakfast, variety was good. However, the water for the tea was cold and the floor quite sticky due to oil drips creating a trip hazard.
The location of the hotel is very convenient to get to the high street and shopping. Free parking was appreciated.

This property was overall clean but really really old. The faucet had one side for hot and one for cold very inconvenient. The floor creeks loudly and the walls are thin. When I was in the bathroom I heard a super loud weird noise inside, it was really creepy. If you remove the negative, this hotel was a good size, good price, overall clean and in a good location to walk to the shops.

The hotel is in need of a refurb. The beds are lumpy, rooms/ bathrooms old, there is no sound insulation and rooms were very hot. It is ok if you need a quick stopover but would not recommend for a longer stay. Positives, are the location, just on the back of Watford high street, and the water pressure which was surprisingly good.

We are appalled however at the state of the room that was given to us when we arrived on Saturday evening.
- There was a used condom wrapper on the shelf next to the spare pillows.
- The bedsheets had make up stains on it and hairs in the bed clothes.
- The bathroom was full of stains.

We received a new room for our trouble, but felt deeply unsettled about the quality of cleanliness for this building. The Best Western franchise guarantees cleanliness as part of its promise. This was not upheld at all.
This is unacceptable and we will be expecting some sort of compensation as soon as possible.
